Sodding ridiculous that you cannot pay for anything at the till anymore. User unfriendly and won't be returning. Why bother when there is a Wasabi next door who will serve me, give me a bag and cutlery?

Sushi was quite good and at a good price. However, the vegetarian gyozas were a bit undercooked. There are options for vegetarians and vegans.

It's convenient for a quick bite to eat. Ordering via Kiosk and then pick up at the counter. Food quality is not bad for foreigners' standards. I ordered noodle soup. It was lukewarm, and the soup base was kind of bland. I have had better ramen.Again, it's not a bad place to grab a quick bite if you are on the go. The place is clean, and there are plenty of seats for dine-in.

It’s always so fresh and good. The price is affordable. I don’t like drinking much so my favourite here is sushi and miso soup, which comes as the deal and cheaper.Another option is vegan salad, so fresh and delicious.

Excellent little spot to grab a bite. In order of delicious we ate Korean BBQ rice bowl, chilli chicken udon and prawn dumplings. All were good. Very casual atmosphere and great value for what you're getting. I wanted to grab take away for later but they were all snatched up by the time we were done!

Don’t like the new store format. I should be able to see the sushi I’m buying unless it’s made in the spot, which it’s not. It is already prepackaged. The old system made more sense.Maybe a coincidence but the sushi was also falling apart.I shouldn’t have to use a screen to order and if I want to pay with legal tender ie. Cash. I should also have that option.Well done Itsu for turning your business into a McDonald’s store. If I wanted McDonald’s, it’s only two doors up.Itsu… the new McDonald’s of Sushi.

Amazing selection of food and drink for balanced healthy eating. I had the gyōza, and beauty smoothie (raw veg cleanse with pukka clean greens addition) both were very tasty, and refreshing. Was happy too see no piece of plastic placed in their rubbish ends up in the ocean or landfill. Very sustainable. Good atmosphere and it is very aesthetically pleasing. Will come back to try more! <3

Food made in the day with Asian style. Prices about 4-7£. The food is good. The place is small with 4 tables for 6 customers each. They don't have for recycle, that is a same because all their products have plastic and cardboard.

Itsu’s ‘eat beautiful’ menu celebrates Asian-inspired flavours, high in nutrients but refreshingly low in calories and saturated fat. Expect hand-crafted sushi, low-carb salads, tokyo wraps and a hot menu of noodles, soups, rice bowls, grab-and-go gyoza dumplings, smoothies and snacks. The itsu menu is designed to keep your mind sharp, your body strong and your skin glowing. With 50 dishes under 500 calories, ‘fresh never fried’ is itsu’s mantra. They source the finest ingredients, then make to order all day, every day. Enjoyed the Korean spicy stir-fry style udon noodles with miso soup. Affordable price, friendly staff and quick service. It's a cashless self help service and order were ready in minutes. Really impressed.
