Dyno Plumbing Norwich

They don't turn up when they are supposed to. Have the parts required then they suddenly don't. Phone staff lie. Seems British Gas have a leg iron of a company in their stable.

I've had these out to my home a few times.Always shift the blockage.Might show up early hours of the morning as there 24hrs. If you need something unblocking as an emergency you have to be prepared for that.

Awful. First time bath arrived damaged. Second time we was left with this. Bath isn’t even straight. Forced in and damaged floor.

They haven't solved the problem which was to unblock drain but still charged £165. Blaming pipe work is not very good after they done the job. And so to re-do the job i would have to pay another £165 again. Scam.

I really do not know where to startLast week I had a leak in my bathroomUnder my showerBecause Iam covered by my insurance company for leaksI contacted my insurance companyWho said they would send someone that evening I said I would be happy with the following dayThe next day along comes a so called dyno plumbing engineer who took one look at it shook his head and saidI won't be fixing this today as its a three hour jobBut don't worry I'll make my report get your insurance company to approve it and it will be done in a couple of daysEventually after several phone calls to my insurance company and dyno plumbing another so called dyno plumbing engineer turned up at 3pm on the Thursday ( 5 days after the leak was reported)This is the best bitI was at work so my wife dealt with the dyno plumbing chapAfter inspecting the jobHe said to my wife the bottom two rows of tiles will have to come off( which he will not be putting back on)Oh and the ceramic shower tray will have to be broken and taken outThere is no access to waste under the shower so this job will take a whole daySO WE HAVE NOW GONE FROM 3 HOURS TO A WHOLE DAYBut once again he won't be doing it todayAnd then he said your insurance company won't cover the cost of the shower traySo the Dyno Cowboy went to his van to do his quote( what a lovely considerate chap )My wife then called me to explain what he had saidI told her to tell the dyno Cowboy we did not want his quoteAnd I was furiousAs they had strung us along by sending two people who had absolutely no intention of trying to fix anythingThe dyno Cowboy was very confidentHe told my wife I do all the big jobsThere's no way that shower tray can come out with it breakingAnd there is no access under the shower tray to get to the wasteWell let me tell you somethingMR I Do ALL THe BIG JOBsI done it myself todayI knocked the piece of wood out the way ( In about 5 seconds)It was there for accessAnd pushed the waste back into the trapJob doneNo broken shower trayNo tiles removedWHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKEDYNO PLUMBING AREI inItiallly panicked when I got the leakAnd because I was covered for leaksI thought it would be easier for the insurance company to deal withDyno plumbing tried to exploit the insurance company and then me

Well I’m disappointed in this company as heard good thing a about them, however i had a plumber/heating person and also a drain technician booked in both today both arriving between 1-6pm. I got a call at 3:10pm to say was the plumbing urgent as they’ve had a lot of emergency call outs and could he come another day. Got to 6pm and the other guy still hadn’t been, i called and said cancel the lot as i would rather have someone reliable come out after Id waited 6 hours for neither to turn up.

Absolute garbagePlumber did such a bad job that water poured through my ceiling when I switched the central heating on. 11 weeks and countless calls later, Dyno Norwich are denying responsibility for the damaged their plumber caused through his incompetence.

We called Dyno for an emergency drain blockage and they sent someone out the next day, which was great. The guy came round for 30mins checked everything and said he couldn't do they job by himself and would have to wait until the next morning to come with another guy between 8am-10am. I am heavily pregnant, but it was the next day we thought we could hold on. 10am came and went and then we got a phone call about booking in the job for 5 days later??? We said we had been assured by the engineer who came out that he would be here this morning! The customer service team were very unhelpful and seemed not to bothered that we would be unable to use our only toilet for another 5 days and said this is all we can do. We cancelled any further work with them and have now found a local company to do the job the same day.

After being messed about by loads of plumbers not being able to find the fault over a month long period Dyno came straight out and had the fault found within an hour slot and fixed in two days top service...

Pointless.. had 3 appointments booked, 2 got cancelled without letting us know and 1 finally came but then said he wouldn't be taking the toilet out overnight and then left us with a blocked toilet. Absolutely pathetic
