Had a new woodburing stove fitted and the whole fireplace surrounding it changed. Brent with his advice was extremely helpful in helping us make the right decisions regarding what we wanted to achieve. His team were very clean (hardy any mess at all) and the workmanship is very neat and tidy. Highly recommended.

Embers fitted our new gas fire and stone surround, the service was good from the start and prices very reasonable. The lads that did the fitting were very polite, professional and did not leave any mess. The new fireplace looks amazing and really makes the room special. Would certainly recommend Embers to my family and friends

Can't rate this company highly enough. Professional from start to finish. From the design of the fireplace to the fitting. Very friendly team to deal with. Brent was extremely helpful and his expertise was evident. I've had 2 other fireplaces fitted by different companies which don't compare at all to this one and I'll be using Brent to replace them . I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Nothing too much trouble, I absolutely love what they have done.

We are absolutely delighted with our new open fire which was designed by Brent who helped us make our ideas a reality while also keeping costs low. We have spent 3 years renovating our house ourselves and I think the money spent on this has been our most worthwhile spend. We now have a custom made fireplace which looks fantastic and which honestly is so enjoyable to make and watch in the evenings! The team were so professional too and ensured our fireplace met regulations aswell as our specific requirements. Can’t recommend Embers enough thank you!

We got two quotes to install a stove in the existing fireplace in our Edwardian house, which had been set up as a gas fire. We chose Embers because of the sensitive way Brent listened to what we wanted and came up with solutions. In the event the installation all went as planned, with a minimum amount of disruption and surprisingly little mess. We are very pleased with the way that the original fireplace was dismantled and then reinstated so that it was effectively renovated. The stove we chose from the options Brent presented is fabulous and we are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend them.

We have recently had our fireplace revamped by Embers. They supply & install and are very knowledgeable about all aspects of fires, gas & open fires/ wood/ multi fuel stoves & chimneys. Good & varied choice in the shop & happy to advise. Great customer service...would highly recommend!!

Embers put in a woodburner and did some major work in our front room to accommodate it, including: putting in a new lintel, enlarging the existing fireplace and fitting a new hearth made to our design specifications. We genuinely could not be happier, the work was done quickly and exactly as we wished. The people, both on the shop and who did the work, were lovely and what we have ended up with is fantastic. They also went the extra mile to help us (including putting up a weathervane while they were on the roof!) There were a couple of teething problems (as you would expect with quite a large job) and these were sorted quickly and with no fuss. Altogether, I can't recommend them enough.

Used this company to remove and replace a defective chimney flue that had been poorly installed by another company. The fitters were polite and did their best to minimise the resultant mess and disruption. Whilst on the roof they identified a problem with the actual chimney that I had not been aware of and that had probably added to the deterioration of the previous flue. They took photos and offered to remedy the situation, which they did, so far to good effect. Dealings with them and their office staff were cordial and I would use them if needed again.
