Nathan was absolutely superb at advising us regarding repair versus buy a new microwave. In the end because of his input we agreed with him that it would probably be better to invest in a new one. So in other words his honesty and professionalism actually meant that he talked himself out of the work that we were potentially going to get him to do. In a day when a lot of experts talk to benefit their own ends it was so refreshing. Fantastic Nathan and would definitely recommend to any future customer - thanks again Alan Smith

Found Nathan via his Google Reviews and contacted him to look at my Whirlpool Max that had died on me. He responded immediately and collected it the following day. He advised how much it would cost to fix and said we would be better off buying a new microwave. Thank you Nathan for your honesty and efficient service.

My old caravan microwave stopped working and after a brief phone discussion with Nathan I was able to drop it off and pick it up just 2 days later. Nathan provides a great professional service which is fantastic value for money. I would recommend to anyone.

My microwave suddenly stopped working just outside of its warranty period. After a quick phonecall to check the model and the problem I was able to drop it off and pick it up within a few days. Fantastic service, fantastic value. Would recommend to anyone.

Extremely efficient serviceI was really concerned that my NEFF integrated combi microwave oven had finally given up on me after 14 yrs. I was recommended Nathan, who attended the day after my call to him. Within the hour he had mended my microwave as he had the part in his van. It would have been very expensive to replace, so I am over the moon with the service. Nathan was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent friendly service from Nathan. Having identified the problem he carried out a rapid reasonably priced repair with a new item held in stock . The cost of repair being less than 15% of the cost of a like for like replacement. He went the extra mile to explain the cause of the failure to prevent future recurrence and at the same time solved a minor intermittent problem and talked me through the method to prevent it happening in the future. Excellent is the only word to describe his approach
