Have used these guys three times now in the space of three years.First time I bought laminate which was fitted by someone I know. I had no issues whatsoever from purchasing to delivery. Second time I had the full upstairs all fitted by Carpetright contractors and the stair case back in 2021 and minus the obvious and unavoidable wear the carpet is still in good shape, no lifting, no miscuts etc. They had also came back another day to do another room so I could store items and replace them safely and without being rushed. Third time is recent, I've just had a small doorway and medium sized living room fitted. Again great service and fitting quality.For those who can't or don't want to take out financial contracts, Carpetright allow you to pay via a layaway. You pay a deposit and you can chip away at it for as long as you need to. Then once paid up they will arrange to fit your flooring. It helps so much for those who struggle to pull out a lump sum.I've yet to complete my kitchen, but not yet. However, when I do I think I'll be returning here for it.

Just had my new carpets and vinyl flooring laid today. Absolutely amazing service from Steven, Hartlepool branch. I was a fussy customer and just not sure on what to pick. He went above and beyond to take carpet samples off and put in different lighting etc, let me walk on them, as you do!! Couldn't have been more helpful and happy to help us out. Nothing was a bother to him. Lads who fitted were lovely. Brilliant job!! Thank you x

I went in hartlepool store and the staff were very pleasant and helpful and professional. Steven went out of his way to help me decide on which vinyl flooring to buy, explaining which one would be best suited for me . He is a credit to the company. And im very happy with my experience in the store today .

Very happy. Received excellent service from Steven. I had some particular requirements for the carpet that some people would have found a nuisance but he couldn't have been more helpful and despite some setbacks he quickly found exactly what I needed. Mick the LVT fitter did a fantastic job on the kitchen floor. Highly recommend Carpetright Hartlepool. Wouldn’t go any anywhere else for carpets and floor tiles. Never let us down. Well done lads :-)

Simon was fantastic help when choosing a carpet for my daughters bedroom. I was in and out in 10 minutes with the fitter following me home to do it there and then! Would highly recommend
