Called in to see if they could help me with problem with mobility scooter battery. because we have not bought it from them didn't want to no . Very disappointed.

Went to.buy an inner tube for a friend's mobility scooter. The shop was well laid out & well stocked. It was clean and the lady who served me was very welcoming, friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed with her knowledge of my friend and she knew who he was as soon as I mentioned his name. Great customer service and despite only needing an inner tube I felt a valued customer on my very first visit to the shop.If your requirements for mobility aren't met here in a friendly manner then they won't be met anywhere. I recommend Eden Mobility 100%.

Been to mobility shop on a recommendation from a friend .Was a real emergency as my mum needed a bed that rises and reclines .She was being discharged from hosp and did not know what we were going to doDiane at the shop gave sound advice and arranged to have it delivered the next dayWhat a relief !

I was not very impressed buy the shop assistant, I asked a few questions about a couple of scooters, she never asked me to take a seat. Even though I was stood there with my stick, even when I asked about paying on finance she just went to her desk, I told her I had a part exchange scooter which I had bought from the same store several years ago, I even think it was the same lady.She took the scooter into account and worked out some figures, came back to me with the repayment term ad nd price.She then turned around walked about and if there's any other ones I like let her know and she'll work something out.Not impressed at all, I asked if they had a repair man there she said that he was not available I would have to make an appointment and he would come to my home for a fee plus repair charges, which I think is disgusting, taking advantage of the disabled, to which I turned on my heels and a walked out of the shop, shocking behaviour.

Lovely staff who couldn't do enough to help. Delivery was great with them running me through how to use my new stuff. Can't believe how comfortable the bed is! Best sleep I've had in years. Will definitely be using them again

I purchased a brand new 8 mph Shoprider scooter (at a greatly reduced price-cancellation) approximately 3 months ago and I have to say i’m impressed with both the scooter and it’s performance and also I am more than happy with the staff at the store (namely Diane) with how I was treated with both respect and kindness, they couldn’t do more for me.I went back into the BARNSLEY store yesterday to purchase a bag for the back of my scooter but was asked if I received one when It was delivered but unfortunately I wasn’t offered one by the man who brought the scooter. Diane did explain that I should’ve had one free of charge when I bought it new so she gave me one from stock (blue one with Eden Mobility advertising on), I thanked her kindly.
