Recently came in for Laila’s training as she’s an apprentice, excellent service throughout offered drink and snack throughout. A lovely girl all around as I had a one length cut she did a perfect job! Will be returning as Laila progresses.

Visited the salon , a few times now and I would 100% recommend. I get a gents cut with senior stylist Leah and she does an amazing job.The atmosphere and customer service is 5 star all the stylists are lovely.

I always get a warm welcome when I visit the salon. Leah usually does my hair. Before she starts she asks me how my hair has been since my last appointment. Leah will take time to discuss what she will be doing to my hair and what I want doing. Leah is friendly and chatty. The salon is bright and clean and all the staff are friendly.

came in for lailas training for some highlights and for her 3rd attempt at doing it it was well blended and really good she was welcoming and offered drinks and snacks i really enjoyed my experience and 100% recommend i was very satisfied with the outcome and as a bonus she gave a very good head massage!

Amazing salon. I have tried several salons but none as good as this one!! Great value for money and a friendly place. The staff are friendly and welcoming.Charlotte transformed my hair from damaged bleach to warm brown bouncy hair!! I've never written a review online so it just goes to show how amazing this Salon is. Will definitely be keeping this salon as a regular!

I was a client here over 10 years ago but moved out of the area. Having a bad experience another salon I knew I could rely on Janet and her fab team to sort it I’ve just had my colour done with a luxury treatment followed by extensions to fill out the front where I had breakage from previous damage. Leah matched my colours up perfectly and the finished result it beautiful. From walking in to the salon you are made to feel special. Lovely refreshments offered regularly and all the team are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Really reasonably priced too with all aftercare explained and available to purchase to keep your hair in good condition. I’m now on a journey to get my hair in better condition and I know I’m in safe hands at Janet Best. It’s definitely worth me travelling for my hair appointment when I get results like today. I've been coming to Janet Best Hair Design for around 14 years and I can't ever imagine going anywhere else now. I look forward to seeing all the Girls, having a good chit chat and excellent cuppa too.I've had Alice work on my hair all these years and I trust her with my hair completely, after MANY different colours over the years I've loved everyone one of them. Alice is always 100% honest and would never compromise the health of my hair trying to achieve my desired look, she always put my hairs health as my hair used to drop out in clumps from stupidity on my part as a teenage. I have naturally curly hair and she knows how to work with natural curls that have a mind of their own.The whole team are amazing at special occasion hair. When I got married they worked with me to get my hair right for the day and I loved it! Lasted for days I didn't want to remove my pins! So beautiful.After care is also spot on too.They teach you different techniques to make sure you can get the best out of your hairstyle and colour. The products that they have are amazing- Highly recommend the Luxe oil it's beautiful and made a massive difference to my hair too.A flawless, talented and helpful team.A superbly run Family business which I love supporting and always will. Due to my usual hairdresser not been available, I booked an appointment at Janet Best Hair Design. I loved the ability to be able to book online. Leah did a wonderful job on my hair that hadn’t been cut in over a year. Wonderful atmosphere and excellent customer service
