Service never been good, were not open when agreed to return and charged my son 30 pounds when returned late.Spoke to Richard one of the directors but was a waste of time - like to try and use local business but will never use penrhyn again - at least Jewsons are open the advertised times, and make an effort when a customer complains!!

NOT customer friendly at all. try's to make you look stupid if you ask for something the person behind the counter clearly could not be bothered. need better staff to just deal with customers rather than have people come out the back to sort you out. settled for something els from there even though i could see what i asked for and pointed too. this is why i order online.

Richard and Lyndon were really helpful, professional and courteous. The tools were good quality with newly sharpened bits for the jackhammer which made the job easier. Finally prices were ok too and I look forward to using their services again in the future.
