I purchased a car from Jamie, it was a really easy no pressure situation, he was on hand to give me the keys to what ever car I wanted no fuss, wasn't buzzing around me. Made all the information I requested available and the car was immaculate. Great experience.

Very helpful and friendly. Dealt with Jamie who put me at ease. Was very flexible when viewing and test drove more than once. Easy sale, done all paperwork for me. A lovely car and received good service.

1 year after buying the vehicle, a problem appeared in the pedestrian sensor. I took it to the garage to check, and they reported that the vehicle was already had accident, hit frontally. Anyway, do not trust vehicles without category. Take someone to check the car, because this place doesn't mind selling you a damaged vehicle.It wasn't a surprise, as they delivered the vehicle with tires so worn out that I had to change them 2 weeks later. Air conditioning didn't work, I'll have to change the engine mounts. Anyway, they just want to know about your money, zero responsibility with your customers. Don't waste your time buying a car here.It doesn't matter that you respond to this review with a phone number for me to call, which you will resolve, because that is a lie. I already tried several ways to resolve months ago, and nothing was offered to me.Several parts exchanged that were left inside the trunk of the vehicle. I went to find it when I needed to repair a flat tire. They didn't even do that, remove the used parts.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you want to buy a decent vehicle. DON`T WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY buying vehicles from this place. Believe me.

I don’t often leave reviews but I wanted to warn others not to waste their time with this place. I travelled two hours for a booking to view a Range Rover with Ashton. We called on the morning when we were twenty minutes away to let him know. Then he called back 5 minutes later after nearly two hours on the road and wasted money on fuel to tell us that the car was ‘locked’ in the MOT bay, which seemed strange and as though they were hiding a fault with the car. As we had travelled so far he told us we could look at another one on site to get an idea.We get there and Ashton is busy with another customer (after booking and travelling for hours) and so the manager Jamie assisted us. Left to look around the car with no guidance or advice on the vehicle or its features. We are told the other car that we’re viewing is sold to someone else who has had finance pay for the car but then lost contact with the dealership.They let us test drive the car, we loved it and on our return, Jamie makes the decision we can purchase it as the other buyer isn’t reachable.Going through the finance, Jamie was reluctant to tell me the end payment of the HP (which was nearly 20k on a 10k car) and we have to push for these figures. He also tried telling me the APR was 19% and that that’s ‘normal’ nowadays, which it isn’t.He puts us through the finance saying they may offer us a lower rate but that he can’t find out until he does a credit check.We leave for the day waiting for news, Jamie then calls and says it’s gone up to 22%. My partner and I then look to finance the car online ourselves and obtain the funds at 9%, so 19% is definitely steep.Then, Jamie and his colleagues drop off the face of the earth. We call again and again to say we’ve got it sorted and want the car and no one calls back, despite Ashton promising us Jamie will return our call.In the morning I call again and they tell me Jamie isn’t in til 10, and that he will call then, so we should pay a deposit online in the meantime (which luckily I didn’t do). 10am comes around and no call, so I call them at 10:15, I feel I’m definitely being avoided.Jamie tells me that the original buyers finance came through overnight so I can’t buy the car, and that previously the funds hadn’t come through so it was OK to sell it us. They had told me the day before that the finance HAD paid out, so this information conflicted and I didn’t buy it.Obviously upset, messed about now three times in 24 hours by this dealership and out of pocket in wasted time and fuel, Jamie told me he would see if there was anything he could do to help, even if it was another car, and that he would call back to confirm later in the day.He never called.The dealership assured me they are the cheapest in 60 miles, and this is why they don’t haggle on price- I’ve found a better car, higher spec and with much better customer service at a different dealer for £100 less- so thank you Jamie and Ashton.

I bought my vehicle from this garage about 2 weeks ago now and I have had no faults at all. The car is in great condition and it had everything with it including service history. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I dealt with Jamie who got everything sorted before I drove away. I had a 5 hours drive to get to the garage so it was a nice and simple experience over all. Would highly recommend!

Absolute delight to buy a car off MTSS, straight forward purchase, no pressure sales which was a massive deal for me. Were very friendly guys. Peter was fab and explained everything to us. 2 minor issues which they dealt with immediately and got sorted. 100% recommend. Would definitely buy another car from them. Car is still running fab with no issues.

Very quick to sell you a car. Not Interested after the sale when your car is leaking more than a broken reservoir.Sick of calling them with a promise of a call back that never happens.Looks like I'll have to fix this myself after being promised on the day I collected they would sort as I noticed the leak on collection.They even asked for a 5 star review before I left.I can only now assume any review they have here is misleading as they don't deserve 5 start for selling leaky vehicles.I'll only take this review down if they sort it out ASAP before I get around to fixing it myself.Update: Thier reply was to ring them. After I've been ringing them.It's clear they don't care once they have your cash.They have my contact details and they can ring anytime. I won't hold my breath that they call as they don't call when they promise they will.I'll fix the issue myself at my cost and make sure I tell everyone who will listen to stay away from them.What could of cost them a couple of hours of thier time to rectify will how hopefully cost them sales. It's called Karma.

I highly recommend this garage, Customer service from Lewis and Jamie were exceptional. From arranging finance and after sales care was second to none. The help and advice and overall manner and professionalism help put me at ease. Their integrity and quality was apparent as was all the staff at the garage. Would use this garage again, so happy with my new car thank you for all your support
