The service that we have received has been excellent. There has been prompt consultation at every stage and the service has been most professional. We would wish to commend in particular Adam Penty, the Surveyor, the plasterer David, and Andy who carried out the damp proofing and timber treatment work. All of them were very helpful and cooperative.

Booking was easy, initial surveyor who attended the property was helpful and thorough, the price for the limited amount of work required was astronomical. Very difficult to ascertain whether the works were carried out as per specified due to difficult/limited visual access.

Excellent, professional service, both from the surveyor and from the operative, who arrived promptly in the morning. When he found he had some of the solution left over, he checked he could use it to waterproof the back wall as well as the front and this was completed without extra charge. I am very impressed and would recommended Peter Cox to anyone - and especially Adam and James. Many thanks.

Fantastic service from the Surveyor coming out, to the office staff keeping me informed throughout. Also the poor lad who came out on the day to do the job. Snow. Took him 3 hrs to arrive at my home. However worked his socks off and completed that day. The 3 Employees I had dealings with are a credit to your company
