If you not open at all then why dose it say open on your website not happy at all

Santander bank is now inside the Broadway Bradford opposite superdry and marks and Spencers

Not sure why it calls itself a bank. A staff member on the door doing his best to discourage people entering. There was no counter service and apparently a long list of people waiting for help. I was told Monday is a very busy day. I tried using the machine to pay in a cheque. It wasn't working, l was offered help to scan on my phone, help didn't materialise so made several attempts which failed. I was then told that the Internet is very poor because of the location. Get a booster or don't locate where there is a poor signal. Today l went into the Keighley branch. Little waiting time, efficient, courteous staff. Two transactions quickly dealt with. Won't be going back to the Broadway branch.

Absolutely disgusting bank service, atm only as counter is apparently out of service due to internet problems, well the atms use internet too, and they were fine….Santander closed all other local branches, and have this joke of a “pop up” branch in the city centre….Shame can’t leave 0 stars for a review….

Forced to give one star as zero is not an option. Branch closures everywhere. Two in Bingley, one in Wibsey and finally the one in Bradford is falling down. How pathetic for a bank as big as Santander. And a free bus to Shipley doesn't make any difference. Get yourselves sorted as you are a joke.

You would think a a big city like Bradford would have its own Santander Branch. Well it does but it’s never open. A complete waste of space and time. What a nuisance for everyone. Will be closing my account and joining NatWest.

Spoke to a lady called Theresa absolutely brilliant even though gave me the incorrect email addressSpoke to a bloke called Mark very rude hung up on meI don’t believe it’s the staffs fault I believe it’s the way the bank sets it’s rules and regulations that’s rude and causes staff to come across as rude and abnoctious they don’t take into account people’s vunrabilitys or essential requirements and needsNor do they offer solutions or options to problems especially in high situationsThe banks doesn’t care fir its clients well-being and refuses to take responsibility for any actions that cause it’s clients problems and discomfort especially with expenses and everyday living I hope the ceo and founders partners of Santander will use my comments to improve its quality of services to the clients of the branch after all we all have room for improvement if we have the knowledge to the improvements needed

Worst IVR ever, cant understand englishtakes 5mins to get through the messages and into the queue, if you dont get stuck in a loop!people want and need information quickly now days, not listen to long slow messages.Internet banking experience is being upgraded but still a terrible user exeprience with missing or poor functionality. Eg the new payee experience no longer shows previous payment ammounts/dates.Alternative banks like Starling are so much better.
