Greeted by Ruth who put me at ease completely, very welcoming and professional but with a lovely down to earth, local girl personality. After a few initial questions where we established I'd no idea what I wanted Ruth picked out a selection of dresses, tried on Ruth's first suggestion and what do you know, it's the ONE! Obviously tried on others but was constantly compared to the first. Ruth is so so good at her job, knows her stuff, very informative, works with your budget and I left knowing I'm gonna feel as a bride should on her wedding day. Only spent an hour and a half with you but you were the perfect woman for the job! Thanks a million times over xx

I bought my stunning Suzanne Neville Gigi Dress at Serendipity bridal! My experience with the girls there was absolutely wonderful! Linda, Kim and Rebekka were all amazing! They made my whole wedding experience so exciting and memorable. Thanks so much for all your help. Rebekka was brilliant and so helpful, answering all my questions and finding the best veil to match my hairstyle before the big day! Definitely recommend this store! X
