Habitaciones espaciosas,muy tranquilo,con muchos detallles que te hace la estancia muy comoda.Buena limpieza y trato muy agradable.Hay microondas,nevera con congelador y mesa para cone y ,conexion wifi.Aparcamiebto.Precio adecuado

As always Paula in hand to save the day had last minute work up in dundee called the guesthouse to see if any rooms were spare and low and behold Paula got me sorted saves me a long drive back to glasgow and back as always great service great comfy room clean tidy and all toiletries on hand as usual this is a definite place to stay on ur travels great host prices and rooms I've lives in room 6 room 4 and room 1 all amazing big rooms room 6 is the gucci room with ensuite will always keep coming back to here as long as I land my work in dundee ... thanks again jamie

Great location only 15 minute bus from Dundee city centre. Very comfortable beds and nice and spacious room. Had a great stay here and would recommend it highly!

Funcional, pero es un sitio con decoración rara. Perros en la casa, wifi lenta o nula. Micro y nevera en la habitación pero sin cocina. Problemas para check in.

Can not fault this place one bit what Paula has done for my family this week is above and beyond any place whatsoever not only are the rooms pet friendly but also clean as if you are going into the ritz and prob6mkre room absolute brilliant place and WILL be coming again thanks so much for sorting everything out x
