Took my laptop in for repair and instead of letting me know they wiped my laptop. A decision they made that I had not asked for with the explanation being we do not know how to get it back". My laptop software is not the same as before so disappointed with the service. Would advise to go to somewhere where they respect your things"

The most exceptional service I have ever received was when I had an issue with my phone charging slowly. Back in the day, my charger would not fully connect, and I worried that I might have damaged my phone by forcing it too hard. When I brought it in to be repaired, I explained the situation to the technician. After examining it, he discovered that a significant amount of dust had accumulated inside the charging port, causing the problem. Without any charge, he cleaned it out, and my phone was back to normal. On a subsequent visit for another cleaning, a different staff member informed me that there would be a fee, but ultimately decided to provide the service for free. These individuals truly exemplify outstanding customer service.
