Patricia and her lovely gang of helpers have been brilliant right from the beginning when I started using Look Smart many years ago!. I have never had a problem, my ironing always comes beautifully ironed. I wish them so much success as they certainly deserve it.

Absolutely horrendous service, I put my gorgeous curtains in to be dry cleaned, these are now ruined. They failed to mention when i took them in, that there was a risk of shrinkage, not just a little, i mean 5 inches! (see the photos! these used to nicely brush along the floor) when i got them back home and hung them up i was devastated, not only had they shrunk significantly but the lining behind now sits below the curtains themselves!! and threads now hang loose below too. The curtains have also now come away at the eyelet (what have they done to cause this much damage?!) These were expensive curtains which stated professional dry clean only" this is what I did

Looksmart is a fantastically run family business. The staff are extremely friendly and have great customer service, doing all they can to support their customers. I’ve had multiple items of clothing washed and ironed from Looksmart and will continue to use their services in the future. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick and efficient service. I took my daughters prom dress in for cleaning. It was in a terrible state - typically, the one day of her prom it was pouring with rain.It’s a very pale blue in colour and the bottom of the dress was covered in mud stains with splashes further up as well. It looked really awful. The staff were so careful with it and cleaned it a couple of times to get it looking its absolute best, keeping in touch with me the whole time to let me know how it was going. I would totally recommend LookSmart. Very professional, very friendly and they really do have excellent customer service. Will definitely be sending all of my cleaning there in future.

Family run business with Outstanding customer service, extremely professional. They will collect and deliver for you. Very competitive pricing. Always friendly and helpful. You will be hard pressed to find a better laundry service. 5 stars. Why would you go anywhere else?

Our washing machine broke and I found Looksmart on Google as we don't have a laundromat near us. They managed to fit us in on the same day to collect our laundry and returned it a few days later. We were very happy with the professional and friendly service and the quality of the service provided. Many, many thanks!

A friendly receptionist answered my worried call, and welcomed me on arrival with a badly ripped jacket in two places assuring me that it would be repaired. Within days I returned to find that the jacket had indeed been made new again! it was impossible to see where the rips had been, in fact I enquired if it was the same jacket ! it was returned to me in a nice cover, not the usual thin plastic, after I paid a very reasonable price for the excellent work,completed sooner than expected with a smile and courtesy. The staff have set an example of what service should be to customers. I will never attempt to repair a garment again myself and recommend Looksmart very highly.

We had a service wash done. Compared to others we have used, Looksmart was more pricey but the clothes had been sorted and folded carefully with better attention to detail than we have had using other companies.
