Had a bumble bee nest within my roof space, this was causing quite a problem with not being able to open windows. Stephen promptly removed the nest in a safe and secure manner and relocated the bees back into the wild. Stephen was a pleasure to deal with and 100% recommend for any future work. We had a horrendous wasp colony in our attic which we did not spot throughout the summer, allowing it to grow and Stephen was able to first contain them and finally remove them from the property - he came back more than once to help ensure all was well and his calming demeanor plus obvious expertise helped us eradicate that nuisance which threatened to ruin our Christmas. Excellent service. Spoke with Stephen to outline what I was seeing and he took it from there. After carrying out treatment, Stephen spoke with me about what he had seen on the camera, outlined what he had done and precautions for me to take for the next 12/24 hours and backed it up with a return visit it any wasp activity was detected the next day. Printed report arrived via email within minutes. Very professional and courteous.

Right from the initial inspection to the successful live removal of two honey bee colonies from the cavity walls in our loft, Stephen provided a very thorough and professional service. At all steps of the process Stephen kept us informed. We particularly appreciated the photos; from the initial thermal imaging results to the photos showing the careful removal/replacement of four internal cavity wall blocks to access the hives. We spent a great deal of time initially trying to find someone qualified to undertake the job and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome knowing that the hives are no longer in our loft and have been humanely relocated.

Stephen is very professional and does a thorough job. He quickly found the entrance point outside (hole beside a drain) and solved the problem in record time (within Christmas week). We were really impressed with the quality of Stephen’s work – he checked drains, laid tamper-proof traps, sealed up the hole with cement and even hoovered and cleaned the roof space! Very reasonable price. Also, we were glad to see that Stephen was following all the guidelines for safety during this pandemic. Lovely person to deal with! Thank you!
