Living in the UK there are many South African" butchers/meat suppliers claiming original recipes and best tasting boerewors and drooiwors and some really are good but none come close to the droewors and boerewors I received from Slaghuis. It is incredible and with option to purchase Droewors wet I was able to dry it to my liking. Keep doing what you doing !"

Their meat is top-notch quality. It arrives frozen and well packaged. Their silverside for making biltong is incredible. Thick, quality beef. The complimentary packet of spice I got with my order is really tasty too!Their ready to hang drywors is out of this world though! I’ve ordered 5kg so far, and it’s so easy. Defrost, hang in your biltong box for a few days and you’re good to go. It is by far the nicest drywors I’ve ever had in the UK in the nearly 8 years we’ve been here! Do yourself a favour and order from them, you won’t be disappointed!

The boerewors I ordered from Slaghuis Saffas Braaai Shop arrived promptly at 10am this morning having only ordered them online yesterday! I was kept informed throughout the process, from despatch to delivery. Mary was fantastic showing real interest in my order, testament to their excellent service and the way they value and deal with their customers. The boerewors sausages were wholesome, tasty and full of flavour, exactly as advertised. Highly recommended.
