Every step of the way the team understand the stresses of moving house and do their best to make it as straightforward as possible. I appreciated Marie's reassuring comments in the emails in the run up to the moving day. John and Terry could not do enough on the day. They were patient and polite at all times, even after a long wait to get the key. Brilliant. Thank you!

The best removal company we have used in 5 moves. Nigel is very experienced and understands what the customer needs. His team are all polite and friendly and took good care of all our things. A fair price too. Thoroughly recommended.

Just moved house to the other side of the country. Fowler's quoted us a fantastic price, the service before the move (i.e. answering questions and dropping off boxes) was understanding, helpful, responsive and quick. The guys who then loaded all our stuff, drove it down next day and unloaded were chipper, polite, professional, fun and very, very nice. It all went smoothly, I was dreading the move but the people at Fowler's made it as easy as a big move like that can be. Thank you so much!

Fowlers moved us from Arnside to Lee on Solent earlier this year. On removal day the van they brought was too small and they struggled to get our belongings into the van, having to pile them high. As a result a wardrobe and table and chairs were damaged. As they have liability insurance we were confident this would be sorted, unfortunately we are still waiting 6 months later and we keep getting the run around. So we have referred this to the insurance ombudsman who are taking up our case. Sad it has come to this.

We had 2 vans & 4 men for our move. Each & every one of them were great. Helpful, calm, efficient & very polite. It was a difficult move as we didn’t get into our new property till late afternoon. However, although we only got one of the vans unloaded that day they made sure beds were put up & we were comfortable for our first night, including setting up the tv for us. The second van was delivered the following day & again they we’re so helpful, plumbing in the washer etc.I can’t thank them enough & would highly recommend this company to anyone.A massive thank you to you all.

The aministration of Fowlers for our removal left a lot to be desired! The removal men could not be faulted they worked tirelessly. We moved 18th 0ctober and were told the van would be with us no later than 10am - it arrived 11.50 am - after a number of phone calls. We were told the previous person has not been at the address so the van could not be unloaded. After writing to Fowlers the email reply says the person concerned should have been there on the 17th but wasnt and was told to be there for 8am on the 18th and wasn't so the van could not be unloaded. That was the reason for the van not coming to us until 11.50am - something Fowlers say is beyond their control. Maybe it is but that surely is not our problem and as a removal company they should make sure they have enough means to accommodate their customers. The admin left us feeling quite frustrated on the day as 80year olds and disappointed with Fowlers although we have to say the removal men were fantastic.
