Completed my test and CBT through AKA and Ridesafe! Used the new Moto Morini and it was great. Rick at ridesafe and Craig really helped make it easy.

Gave me a real good deal on a lexmoto, 6 months later I've checked gov website and bike coming up as un taxed and a different cc and color, been trying to get this sorted with them for past 2 weeks and it's almost impossible to get in touch with them, dodging my calls telling me to call another day then not answering.Been riding around 6 months un taxed and these guys don't seem to wanna put this at top of their priority list to get it sortedUPDATE- Turns out AKA Automotive had put the incorrect Reg Plate on the bike so i had been riding round with a different bikes reg for 6 months, ended up wasting 2 weeks trying to get this sorted with AKA Automotive.Ended up going through DVLA myself and ended up having to pay for a new Logbook and Licence Plate.UPDATE 2- Now coming to sell the bike turns out on a HPI check it is stating it has outstanding finance on which is illegal.So having to mess about trying to now sort this as the bike was bought outright

Great service from Charlie and Craig. Very friendly with great communication throughout and can’t fault the whole buying process. They’ve got lots of interesting bikes in stock - would definitely recommend talking to them if something catches your eye.

Cleanest bikes I've seen in a long time. Went to view a bike and have a sit on it.. no pressure at all, i was made to feel welcome, absolutely no nonsense or sales jargin.. just honest advise. Felt so welcome in the showroom. Keep doing whay you're doing gents. 10 out of 10.

Excellent buying experience. Offered a great price for my MV Agusta against a KTM 1290 Superduke R. Delivery was arranged very quickly at a reasonable cost. They even put an Optimate cable on for me as requested. Bike arrived in perfect condition. Absolutely love it. Bit of a mix up with getting the V5 but that was more DVLA being useless. Can see me keeping the KTM for a while but certainly won’t hesitate in buying from AKA again. Their bikes are certainly as good as their pictures suggest

I'm so very pleased with the service we received from Kwabena at AKA Automotive. He was honest and so helpful from the getgo, he answered our many questions and provided excellent customer service. We ended up buying my first car from him, he went the extra mile with everything and made us feel comfortable and confident with our large purchase. We'd been searching for cars for almost a month and have visited most garages in the west London area and no dealer has been as honest, helpful and friendly as Kwabena. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new car, they won't be disappointed with the service or quality of cars he has to offer.

I was going to purchase a bike through these guys but sadly it fell through as the bike wasn’t a good enough quality (very honest of them). Sadly I ended up buying from elsewhere but Charlie has been super helpful all the way through and it’s a shame as I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to swap!
