Food was nice I had the katsu king prawn curry, kimchi and edamame beans. Was tasty.Service charge is ridiculously high £7.59 meal for two came up to 65 pound including that charge.Atmosphere was nice modern and trendy. The milk float dessert is a 10/10 Highly recommend.Overall nice restaurant little pricey for what it is but had a nice time and would maybe return.

Nice food! Ordered the Geki Kara - came hot, quickly and heat a nice kick to it! Really liked that there was chilli oil on the table ready to go - I love a splash! Service was friendly and quick - welcoming and when asked for the bill, it came quickly - nice and efficient. Ambience is good - for groups and dining by yourself.

Hajimemashite itadakimasu! So first time here and so far very impressed. The karaage and gyoza delicious. Tonkotsu was rich salty and fatty best I've had in London. Want to try the other ramens and see if this place is consistent but great first impression on a slow Wednesday night! Arigato gozaimasu

Really delicious! They have the lunch set until 5 PM which is a pretty good deal. even the small size Ramen has plenty of stuff for me. The owner was very friendly and customized my order by giving me more vegetables!

Declious freshly served ramen and rice dishes served by courteous and accomodating staff. We ordered the chicken katsu curry with rice, prawn katsu curry with rice and the chilli chicken ramen during lunch time as a small group and were not left disappointed. Portions were on the larger end of the scale and the seasoning, spice and flavours were not overdone or too overpowering either as it was just right and more than enough. Recommended!

Sadly I was pretty disappointed with the food here. Having been to ramen places in Japan, this chain is quite embarrassing to even suggest it's comparable to the authentic. It's my first time trying Tonkotsu and I can't say I'll be back. I had a free voucher to try a ramen dish and I also ordered pork gyozas. The gyoza's were filled with oil and very little filling. The ramen itself was so bland, I'm not sure if it was the sea salt flavour but it had no taste, it was like drinking warm water. Even though I added extra chilli oil and soy sauce, it still tastes utterly bland. I was really hungry so I ate it all but it was more because I was starving and I don't like to waste food, not because the food was good at all. Even with the free ramen voucher, the meal still cost me just over £9.The only thing I can say positively is that the service was friendly and efficient and the place itself was clean.

I came with not much expectation because I had another ramen across the street that was terrible. But now I am sure this is a good one around. A real ramen shop; the ramen noodles are handmade and you can really feel it from the texture. The soup is also very clear. The egg is included and you don’t need to pay extra to add it on top.We had:1. Tonkotsu (the most traditional!! Classic taste)Thin-cut noodles, sea salt base, roast pork belly, bamboo shoots, beansprouts & burnt garlic oil.2. Geki Kara (spicy!! But amazing base)Classic noodles, enriched soy sauce base, fermented scotch bonnet mash, roast pork belly & kikurage.3. Tokyo (delicious and clear soup)Soy sauce base, marinated & braised pork belly.Edamame perfectly tender and Karaage Chicken - fresh.EDIT:Came here three times, the food is good but is sometimes inconsistent. The third time I had the Chicken Kara-age, it was so over-cooked over-fried that I asked the waitress for help. She was relatively cool and suggested I tried it first, still nice enough to give us a new one that was less overcooked, however her attitude was a bit cool and just left the new plate here without saying a word.Lots of flies in the summer.

Tonkotsu mean “pork bone broth”, their pork bone broth ramen live up to their shop’s name. The soup is thick but not oily, full of flavour but not salty, umami is the word you’re looking for.The shop’s spacious and quiet, but the deco is, well, it is ok but I don’t like it which their style lies somewhere between east meet west with awkward execution, folded hand fan and neon light, with rock band and Ukiyo-e? Some kind of Oriental Cyberpunk I haven’t heard of?? I don’t understand….One last thing, don’t order spicy ramen, the spicy is not complex enough makes it boring and only overwhelm the umami of the soup, order the original one instead. Other food like edamame or karaage or gyoza are ok.Anyway, the food is good, if you fancy an oriental far east taste, don’t go to Wakamama (which is a total rubbish), go to Tonkotsu instead, seriously.

Nice place for some ramen and fried chicken. I’ve been eating here about 10 times now, service is good and quality is generally consistent. The Tonkotsu soap can sometimes be on the thicker side. With the automatic ‘optional’ service change, the new ramen shop across the street seems better valued
