Recently used this company for a boiler replacement due to age of ours, and they were great. From start to finish, the quote process was easy provided via a video call. They did offer a finance option for payment which would have been a good option for some people.The installation date was prompt, we were not waiting for months and the work done on the day was to a high standard, with likable, friendly engineers. -I would recommend.

Had the annual service on our boiler and the engineer discovered the gas supply to our house was running slow. He contacted SGN and they sorted the problem within two hours.Excellent service as always.

Air conditioning install. Steve, Robert and J installed a new air conditioning unit in my home on Friday, they were quick, professional, reliable, friendly, clean and tidy with their work. Steve even came back on Sunday afternoon in install a smart app device to the system. Outstanding work and outstanding company. From the first day I spoke with the company to the day of completion they were on time with the plan throughout.

Shop around this was by far the most expensive, more than double the price for AC unit fitted £2100, V's £950 what I got from a reputable local company.

The entire process from initial video survey through quote was flawless. Communication was excellent throughout. The installation of my new boiler was faultless from a quick text letting me know they were on the way. I was kept informed through the job. New boiler fitted and a good explanation on controls finished things up. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

We have just had our gas boiler serviced for the first time after being supplied and installed a year ago by Diamond gas, The installation process was done to a very high standard and fully explained to us by the Diamond gas engineer.The boiler has performed faultlessly and is very efficient, the service we have received from Diamond Gas has been to a very high standard and we would thoroughly recommend Diamond Gas.

Had this company in to do a complete overhaul of my central heating. They did it in stages as I was decorating various rooms and they worked with me as I needed them. Perfect result and very professional. Highly recommended

Really impressed with Diamond right from our initial video consultation through to the install. We had Dan & his apprentice Jake come out to fit my new combi boiler and move it upstairs. Really professional job by both of them and nothing was too much trouble. Was kept up to date with all the works going on and really happy with how tidy they were and the quality of their workmanship. Would definitely recommend Diamond.
