Great communication with Alexander online!Wanted a Ferrari Watch for my Son's 18th Birthdayand they were selling the exact one he wanted andit was much cheaper than anywhere else online.Included was fast free delivery and it arrived whenthey said via text and email.My Son is over moon with his new watch!!

Treated myself to a Michael Kors rose gold watch with money I'd been given from relatives for my birthday (I'm incredibly challenging to buy for apparently). I was nervous about ordering from the website because I've never ordered jewellery from the web before - I always preferred to go in-store to big jewellers in The Trafford Centre where I could properly look at the watches before buying.I had excellent service from the staff at Alexander Jewellers. They were really helpful and reassured me. I was looked after better via email and telephone than I have ever been in person by the big name, shopping centre jewellers. They delivered really quickly and the product was exactly as described and exactly what I was looking for.I visited the store last week to have the size adjusted and nothing was too much trouble. It's probably a good thing that I ordered online, as being at the store in person, I could have got completely carried away with purchases! You just don't get service like that these days. I would definitely buy from them in future without hesitation.

Knows his stuff he is a craftsman! Reasonably priced, and just took a few days to repair our gold and white gold overlay wedding rings and repair on a clasp of a necklace.

I was kept fully up to date with emails and texts messages confirming time of delivery etc. Great service and would definitely use this company again.

Was searching for a particular watch for my son's 21st. I used Google shopping and found that Alexanders were the cheapest, and had the model in stock. I rang the store to double check and they offered free next day delivery with an allocated delivery slot to within 1hr. Brilliant service, the watch arrived at 2pm yesterday with all the Hugo Boss packaging and warranty. Fantastic easy ordering service on-line, and the store staff were very helpful on the phone.

Refurbished 30 year old engagement ring for 30th wedding anniversary. Looks fantastic! Took slightly longer than expected due to outside suppliers, but can thoroughly recommend Darren and the end result, looks better than when originally bought
