Ron came to replace a broken lock on my front door. I was out of the country at the time, but his rapid and clear communication made it all a breeze! He took care of everything including ordering the parts, and even sent me pics/vids of the finished product. I'll be calling him again in the future when I have more locksmith work!

Ron was great! He responded promptly and organised a time to come round quickly. After he fixed our door lock he gave a clear explaination of what the issue was which was very much appreciated. I would recommend Ron to anyone :)

Excellent service. Communication was excellent. We had a delay on the delivery of a part and Ron kept us upto date with everything. Nice friendly and very reasonable rates. I would give 6 stars if I could. Oh and he straightened up my door for me which in my eyes is above and beyond.

I couldn't recommend Ron enough. I was in a very troubled position where I was locked out my house with a small child. I had called Ron and within 2 rings he answered and headed out to me immediately. He was a delight to deal with whilst entertaining my child at the same time! Thank you so much again for saving us. I telephoned the company within my area. I explained my issues with a gentleman called Ron. Arrangements were made to replace a locking system on one of my doors, the following day at 11:00. The next day I got a call from Ron, to say he was running about 15 minutes late......Brilliant communication. (It was only going to be 15 minutes - So 20/10 score) How many times have you been waiting on a tradesman and just left in the dark as time passes. On arrival, Ron was superb. Very polite, assessed the job, got it done & I was back in business. Highly recommend LockRite to anyone if this is the standard they work to.
