Halewood & Sons Book dealer

As with all good second hand bookshops they are a literary Aladdin's Cave and this is no exception. Visiting Preston over a year ago and taking my nephew to get his hair-cut, I stumbled across this emporium and purchased a book! It is literally overflowing with stock and any book lover will find it hard to resist if they can find it!

Sorry was not impressed traveled from Blackpool and when we got there about 10.30am it was closed went back twice and third time about 11.30 it was open but we were told that he was only opening the front part of the shop which was very cramped .. Very disappointed was looking forward to a good look round but was made to feel we were in the way.

This is too happy to add this place to the google map！I really like this kind of vintage old bookstore, there is a kind of different feelings, usually in foreign countries rarely see this kind of bookstore, so I saw this for three days, finally it was time to open the door.I bought a lot of old and valuable books.At first I noticed the bookstore because I found Sherlock Holmes's things on the glass at the door.So I came here to look for treasure, and then I found out that Bookstore owner was a Sherlock Holmes fan as well , and I was so happy！The very friendly owner told me that there was a discount for students，I stayed with him for nearly three hours and bought a lot of books.He said he extended the opening hours, and I don't know if it was for me, but it was very, very, very kind of you.I even took a long video as a souvenir，I took a lot of pictures before, but I found it uploaded to another Halewood haha，this time I'm going to upload it to the right location.Such a good bookstore should be known to more people, so I added this missing spot.I hope it will help you.This is a real treasure for me, and if I ever come to Preston again, If it wasn't for school, then I must for come to this bookstore and visit Mike.I hope you have a pleasant experience.
