Decent Georgian food for those who have never tried it but still behind some of the Georgian restaurants in London in my opinion. I thought their Khachapuri wasn’t great although they made up for it with some great Kinkalis (Georgian Dumplings). They were out of Georgian salad which surprised us as it’s literally tomatoes, cucumber, walnuts. The aubergine starters stuffed with walnut paste was excellent. Finally, I thought it was super expensive for what it was. We shared 3 starters and 1 main and paid 60£ total with service charge.Service was average, food took ages, not everything came, drinks arrived late. But seemingly if you want Georgian south of the river, this might be the only place.

This is a fantastic restaurant. The food is amazing and the dining area is super clean and tidy. I had Tsiteli Pkhali for my appitizer, which was a lovely spicy beetroot dish full of flavor. Then I had Chakhokhabili, which is a lovely traditional chicken and rice dish from Georgia. I was the only person in this restaurant. I couldn't fault the food, everything was amazing and I highly recommend this restaurant. They do only accept Credit Card payments, no Caah.

After visiting this restaurant I was left with only bad emotions. To begin with, upon arrival we were the only guests, which seemed strange, but then we thought it was just lunch, maybe people would be there later, but that’s not the point. When we started ordering, half of what we wanted to order was not available, the food took a long time to prepare, but if they cook under the knife, then you can somehow forgive, but the waiter could have warned that cooking would take a long time, The waiter forgot dish from the order. Thank you that the food we received was delicious. But in the end we just got angry that we couldn’t pay the bill, that there was supposedly a problem with the terminal and we had to go look somewhere to withdraw cash. Just if you know that you have problems with the terminal, then upon arrival, warn guests that payment can only be made in cash. And on top of that the prices are above average

My Georgian girlfriend took me to this place. The staff and the place are lovely. The food was good, just a bit too salty, even for my girlfriend.

The food was horrific. I’m Polish and I live in Warsaw where we have A LOT of Georgian restaurant that I visit regularly. First of all, the price-quality ratio is totally outrageous. £18 for a Khachapuri that resembled low quality langosh is just outrageous even for London. Secondly, we came to try Chinkali with broth and meat only to be told there are non available (?!). I thought it’s a staple? Service was terrible, the waitress disappeared as soon as we got food (did I mention we were the only guests in the restaurant?) and the only instance that got her off the phone was me getting up to use the loo, I suppose to make sure we don’t walk out without paying the bill. She even had audacity to put “service charge” on the bill…. Not to mention that soft drinks and beer have no pricing on the menu and I only found out when paying that I was charged £7 for mediocre draft. Honestly, avoid, avoid and don’t bother. There is a lovely Indian place just 10 min walk toward Balham (Bombay Bicycle Chef) where you will be treated as a guest is supposed to and on top of that you will get some exquisite food.

Not many options and quite pricey (i.e £11 for a tuna sandwich) and the spices of it overpowered the tuna, the presentation of the food was good but the place was empty at peak lunch time and the servers swapped in the middle of our order and at one point the lady on till was watching a video out loud on her phone.

Quite an interesting experience. The appearance of the restaurant is nice with flowers and candles. We were the only people in the restaurant so not much of a vibe. The waiter was good but it took so long for the food to come, around 35 minutes even though we were the only customers. They also forget one thing we ordered and some of the dumplings were frozen in the middle! The wine was different to our taste but it’s authentic Georgian wine. Most of the dishes were delicious but prepared to be relaxed and take your time.
