Ink Again Felixstowe Computer and Phone Repairs

Brilliant had a problem with my phone the owner fixed it in no time at all, would recommend ink Again to anyone who has a problem with equipment repairs.

I needed my laptop wiped clean and updated so I left it and within 4 days everything was done and completed with a daily phone call updating me, I had new security, windows updated, photos copied, everything you could think of was done. Very efficient and VERY reasonably priced. I will definitely be using this company again. So very friendly and efficient.

Have twice had black cartridges refilled and neither lasted very long. Had a colour cartridge refilled, it didn't work and also insufficient ink within cartridge. Took it back, it was seen to and was told that it would now work - it didn't! What is the point in getting a cheaper refill if it doesn't work and time is spent making return journeys! In future I shall walk the same distance and get a brand new proper" cartridge elsewhere. Undoubtedly cheaper in the long run!"

Always very helpful. Some time ago, they brought my old tablet back to life. It had no picture and today they cured the problem of the alarm on my security cameras on constantly.Thanks a lot.

Took iphone se 2020 into have battery replaced, it was returned with the home button not working. The shop response was it was dead when you brought it in - when I said no it wasn't, the next reply was well you should have showed us it working when you brought it in. No help at all - I'm left with a broken phone.The phone was turned off when I brought it in, if you had asked I would have turned it on for you and shown you it working. The 'power problem' was that the phone charge lasted less than 24 hours. I took it to the Apple store they said there was no easy fix for a non-working home button.
