We looooove Krispy Kreme. The donuts are delicious and they do themed donuts around some holidays. Sadly, this store (Edinburgh St James) has stopped their machine which used to give you a hot fresh donut (after which we would proceed to buy even more donuts). The staff are always very friendly and give great recommendations. Late in the evening you might even have the chance to get a cheeky extra one if you are really nice. Not too much of a fan of the donut shakes but the coffee and hot chocolate are great. In comparison to Tim Hortons the donuts feel a lot lighter and tempt you in having an extra one and why not. Donuts = love and happiness. And I am about to turn around and get another one. :)

Not as good as it used to be. Seems to have stopped creating new doughnuts to try as always the same selection. Doughnuts also seem to have been lying a while as tasted a little stale

Excellent service. Great doughnuts and a lovely cup of tea and coffee. Well prices as well. 2 doughnuts, 1 cup of tea and a latte came to roughly £7.50. Now a days thats pretty good. Would go again any time.

Love this little oasis in the corner of the shopping centre. Staff were wonderful, friendly , helpful. Delicious cappuccino, perfectly made. Donuts of choice were Biscoff, salted caramel and raspberry glazed...very more-ish . Was able to charge my phone while we relaxed and ate. Loved it so much we went back the next day again. Try it, you can thank me later

First time visiting this particular establishment.I was quite happy to manage to get the limited edition Queen’s Jubilee doughnuts. The store itself is located on the third floor, one floor up from the entrance. It is a fairly cosy shop and a nice enough size to sit in. You are also able to purchase hot doughnuts from here, which is an added bonus.

Purchased a single doughnut as I wanted a treat, and this is a classic US Brand.Gentleman at the counter was very nice. However a girl was working, on a laptop, “on the line” where the doughnuts would normally flow from if they were being made there and fresh. As she was working I saw her sneeze into her hand and keep on working, without washing her hand.Immediately I regretted my purchase. This is abhorrent behaviour for any business, especially food!

I visited Krispy Kreme to satisfy my sweet tooth with hot chocolate during the busy Edinburgh Christmas market rush. Olivia, the kind lady at the counter, welcomed me with open arms and even offered me a complimentary hot chocolate as a token of her kindness. Needless to say, I was thrilled and grateful for her generosity. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and friendly atmosphere and delicious treats.
