Replaced the conservatory roof with the supalite insulated roof. Replaced all the conservatory doors and windows. I cannot fault anything. The fitters, electrician and plasterer were very efficient. The finish is first rate. No pushy sales pitch. Price very reasonable.

This was done as a favour and it was explained that we had never fitted a bi fold door like it before. there was slight scuff make on the cill and this was caused by an accident. this was rubbed out and stained and lacquered and was made good. the door was operating correctly to their satisfaction when we had finished. there had been no correspondent from the customer since we had finished about any other problem.

The after sales is support terrible! Normandy installed some windows in our house about 4 years ago. The sealant has come away from around the window allowing the wind to blow through. I Called them out to look at it as its well within the guarantee, which they did. However, there was no apology for the dodgy installation and we were told we had to pay a fee to change the name on the contract before they would sort out the problem. I found them negative and rude and would expect better when the fault is clearly with them.

Thanks guys!Normandy proved great value and completed the work efficiently and on budget.Additional trades -building, plastering, electrician etc were arranged through Normandy and all aspects were sorted efficiently and in timely manner.I can confidently recommend Normandy Windows and would use them again.

Excellent workmanship, excellent attention to detail & excellent that they're taking the time to actually train young people too. My new utility room is top notch and I'm about to use them again to fit 4 bespoke new outside doors & frames.
