Royal Sussex County Hospital Car Park

Took £16 off me over last night and this morning to look after my sick 1 year old. Private car park company profiteering over sick children, there's a special place in Hell for them for sure.

What a shambles! Car parks managed by contracted company. There are staff dotted around but they don't help you in the slightest! Went round first carpark three times thinking there were multiple levels as advertised as a multistorey, only to find that it wasn't. Then sent out and round the block to a second carpark which is multistorey but directions around carpark not clear so cars going in wrong direction. When you leave the carpark directions to hospital departments are not clear. Charges are disgusting too ! 4.80 minium! Got to carpark with 18 minutes to spare and was still almost 10 minutes late to my appointment. Extremely stressful especially when you are already visiting a hospital!

Awfull

Machine doesn’t give the proper change from a cash payment. This has happened twice in two visits. Dark and smells of p-ss. Not a very nice place to park a car but have no other choice.

Spaces too small, not signposted.

Ridiculous price. Wanted to give no stars
