Referred to Dr Jordan from more than one source. Excellent friendly manner with clarity about options and procedures. Methodological approach involving changes of medication, heart loop monitoring which resulted in a pacemaker installation.All carried out in a highly professional and efficient manner. Great rapport with his support teams which build patient confidence.PS His Secretary was remarkably good.Thanks to all.

On August 15th I had a consultation with Dr Jordan,I was on holiday at my daughters home in Sandbanks,she arranged for me to see Dr Jordan as I had been diagnosed with heart failure the day before I travelled to Dorset.I couldn't praise Dr Jordan enough,he gave me a echocardiograph scan,explained the results and the new medication I needed.Dr Jordan was reassuring, caring, helpful and extreemly professional,I was so grateful for his guidance.Many thanksProf & Mrs Gaye Darkins.

I have just had my third visit to see Dr Jordan. He has been excellent from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him. His secretary Lisa went above and beyond arranging an appointment incredibly quickly when I explained my health concerns.Dr Jordan listened carefully about my symptoms and arranged all tests very quickly and explained my results clearly to me and my options. Dr Jordan is professional caring compassionate and his appointments are not rushed and he really delivers service excellence.

I recommend Dr Jordan unreservedly. Over the past year I have had to ask advice of six consultants with different specialisms and Dr Jordon is the only one I have developed complete confidence in.He is very professional while respecting you as an individual. He is patient; he listens, is reassuring and empathic; offers you choices; sends a letter promptly detailing your consultation, test results and decisions made; responds quickly to queries and certainly goes the extra mile to be supportive.All this during an horrendously difficult year for all hospital staff.I would add I have also found Dr Jordan's efficient PA wonderful.

I found Dr Jordan to be very friendly and approachable. He gave me time to talk about my symptoms and listened carefully. He then explained the possible causes and the tests that were necessary to decide upon the correct course of treatment. The tests and the follow-up treatment were all organised amazingly quickly. From my first consultation I had absolute confidence that he would be able to resolve my health issues - as indeed he did. He was very happy to answer all my questions (even my stupid ones). Any charges were explained and were fully transparent. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Jordan.

I would highly recommend Dr Jordan to anyone needing to see a cardiologist. He made me feel at ease from my first appointment and I felt extremely well looked after. He put together a plan for diagnostic tests as well as changing my medication based on some side effects I experienced which made a huge difference to my well-being. He is trustworthy, reassuring and explains everything in plain english whilst answering any questions. A huge thank you to his PA for being so efficient. Thank you Dr Jordan!

Dr Jordan has been very helpful and reassuring over the last couple of weeks, from the initial consultation where I was put at ease straight away with his expertise and knowledge, to very quickly booking me in for the tests that he had recommended. He listened carefully, clearly explained everything to me and was very reassuring, calm and friendly throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Dr Jordan to anyone who is looking to see a cardiologist.
