Fantastic service and communication throughout. We were originally booked for May then due to the pandemic had to change to September but due to restrictions dates and times were changed again but this was no problem. We finally got away and the car was lovely and roomy and immaculate. We felt extremely safe on both outward and inward journeys and will definitely be booking again for next time we fly

Very happy with kigdom private hire. Rang up last minute for two cars to take to manchester airport. The price was very reasonable better then any other company i phoned. They was on time clean car, smartly dressed and mask on. Very polite and helpful. Return journey they where waiting for us. Not one issue kept us updated times ect. Would highly recommend this company and will use again.

We booked Kingdom private hire without reading any reviews or asking how there services were. What me and my family say that it was spot on perfect from get go. No problems, no issues. Complete let down. Did not turn up for our transfer from Blackburn to Manchester Airport, despite booking a month ago and confirming a few days ago. Completely left us (2 adults and 2 kids) high and dry. Wouldn't answer his phone, but he tried to ring back 2.5hrs later. Had to cram the baggage into the family car and race to the airport, booking the airport car park on the way. Nearly missed our flights. Really stressful. Could not recommend any less.

First rate experience. Good communication, taxi arrived well ahead of schedule (but had no problem waiting until scheduled departure time for the airport), clean modern vehicle, friendly and professional driver. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.

Well this really was 5 star transportation service provided above and beyond by Kingdom Private Hire. I booked an Airport Transfer Return Journey with the company on the dates 09/11/2019 & 25/11/2019. Driver text me with a reminder the day before my flight & Arrived on time to collect me on 09/11/2019 to take me to the Airport. My flight back on 25/11/2019 was delayed in arriving into the Airport but the Driver was logical and set off in accordance to my expected flight arrival time without me needing to inform him which meant he did not need to wait for long and this avoided me having to pay any unnecessary waiting time fees. Service was patient, understanding, meticulous, very professional, courteous, reliable & always on time which was key for me of course & the driver always helped to load all of my suitcases into the vehicle on both of these 2 journeys. The vehicle was impeccably clean and comfortable on both of these 2 journeys too. I recommend you all to contact Kingdom Private Hire for all of your transportation needs!

Just used kingdom private taxi for airport and return could not fault them in any way. Very early fight had message night before to confirm time, driver was early smooth ride. On way home we had flight delay of 4hrs they were intouch all the time with us.When we he picked us up he even asked if we wanted to get anything on way home milk bread. I would recommend this company highly.

Excellent communication and great price! Confirmation of booking via text. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours coming back home : they were in contact with us right until we boarded, so we knew they'd be at the airport when we eventually arrived. Excellent service. Will definitely use again.

Excellent first time experience using Kingdom private hire for a return airport transfere . Good communication throughout the booking Taxi arrived well ahead of schedule(bothways) clean modern vehicle, very friendly and professional driver. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.

Disgusting companyI booked a journey for the same day which I tried to cancel as we were offered a lift. I spent 20 mins trying to call to cancel but couldn't get through. Saw there was a drivers phone number on the email so I tried him. He told me he can't cancel the journey unless the office tell him to. I tried the main phone number a few more times and got through. Asked if I could cancel and was told yes but will have to pay the full £48.50 - therefore said we will keep the journey. No taxi arrived so I called the driver to make sure he didn't need directions and he told me he wasn't coming because I cancelled him...I said that he'd told me I couldn't cancel him and the office hasn't cancelled him either. Called the office again to ask if another cab could come but no and I have been charged the full £48.50 for my trouble. Absolutely disgusting service.
