Had my sons car in for servise and problem oil leak did service but left oil filler cap off and.oil all over engine but said we.took it off and would not fix problem would not take a wheelbarrow for a new wheel to them do not trust them ripp of garage

As we attempted to drive through the puddles on this industrial estate to get to the climbing centre, we hit some very deep pot holes ( hidden under the puddles). This caused the engines under tray to become partly detched. Not having the tools or ability to get under the car we needed a pit stop. Luckily our son spotted Bay MOT. Once they had finished a previous job they had our car 5ft up in the air and re-attached the tray. All done in less time than it takes to eat a sandwich. We went from anger and despair to happy and greatful. Thank you for saving our bacon. The mechanic (Who's name I didn't catch) was a true gent.

Had a problem with with my brakes on the way home from work. Dropped in just before 5 and the lads managed to sort it out in no time. Great service, can't recommend highly enough.

Was booked in with a 3rd party at 9am who let me down. I drove round to Bay MOT at 9:15 who i belived would be doing the MOT for the third party and they happily booked me in without any hassle and even pulled me forward as they knew i had to get to work. by 10am the MOT was done with no issues! The staff were extremely helpful and polite and drove my car with respect unlike other garages. The ramps were suitable for low vehicles like my GT86 is and was nice not having to worry about front end being hit like other garages! Would highly recomened and will definately back for any more work i need! Thanks again guys!

Been using this place for years, even now I've moved away closer to Preston than lancaster. Mark and the guys have always been beyond excellent with their service. Their prices are fantastic and that's not just with MOT's but with general mechanic work as well.

Fantastic service from Chris today. Needed an urgent MOT test. Chris was cheerful, friendly and very efficient. Booked us in right away . Called us up earlier than expected to let us know the car was ready to collect. Highly recommended.

Always deleting the truth. They have not got a clue what they are doing. Sent my car in for a timing belt. Managed to smash the turbo and oil pump and several other components and the timing belt collapsed within 200 metres of leaving their garage and all the oil emptied on the road. Cost nearly 3 grand to repair their damage. You have been warned
