I’ve ordered from this company a couple of times now. Their communication with customers is second to none whether it be about products themselves or dispatch times. With my first order I had a lovely handwritten note and an extra activity board popped in there in case ‘I could make use of it’ and for my second order one of my paint items was out of stock so as well as a refund, I was given a bottle of some paint the owner had from her own collection in the same colour. Just small personal things that really make a huge difference. These guys really are brilliant.

I have just received another order from Perry’s Woodcraft, well packaged and within their estimated delivery time. The service is always excellent, the range of products is simply amazing and when I had a missing item it was dealt with immediately and sent out in the next post. I’m a Reception teacher and the children love the things I’m able to create from their products. I’m so glad I discovered this company and would not and have not hesitated to recommend them to friends and colleagues. I will be definitely ordering again soon!

Absolutely love this little company! Always creating new, imaginative products for their customers. They go above and beyond in terms of customer service and satisfaction. You may have to wait a while for your order, but that's because they're a small family-run and very popular company, and their products are worth the wait. I've had a couple of orders from Perry's, the first one they actually created some bespoke items for me and the second order had a missing item, but following an email and very prompt reply, the missing item arrived within 2 days. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for quality items to decorate a child's bedroom, or for child's play.

Perrys Woodcraft is everything a small, family-owned business should be: friendly and responsive with excellent products. Lead times are longer than you might be used to (especially in this age of next-day delivery) but their stuff really is worth the wait. In any case, communication is excellent so expectations are always managedI love choosing items from their site for my son as much as he loves using them. Brilliant quality and regular additions to their stock keeps me a repeat customer.

The products are fantastic, great quality I have asked for several made to order products that have always exceeded my expectations. They are always os helpful and thoughtful and keep customers informed of their orders. The only problem with Perry's is that it's soooo addictive -would have no hesitation in recommending them.
