Baccarat Hair Design

I visited Baccarat last week for an overdue hair cut and as always managed to get an appointment at the last moment, you can always rely Baccarat to fit you in and meet your needs, which is very much appreciated as I know they are always busy and popular.As always I was welcomed by warm friendly staff with an happy and relaxed environment and seen to straight away, offered refreshments and taken care of by the staff.I had my hair cut by the fab Marco who is very professional and good at listening to what you want and meeting your needs which results in a great hair cut!I have also experienced haircut by other team members and can say I was very pleased with the results.I can confidently recommend Baccarat team to family, friends and others and give them 5/5 star rating!

Seriously good hair day first time in years - they listen and look at your face shape and personality I’m truly happy and will return forever! Recommend Shelley but think they are all so good! Xx keep up the great work girls from the friendly receptionist to attention to detail all round ! Feefee

Costed an arm and a leg! Didn’t get the colour tone or the service I wanted as the stylist was fully booked. She still got time to chat and gossip in the back of the shop though. Won’t ever come back.

Great salon. Been a client for 3 years now since moving into the area. Shelley always does my hair beautifully. The salon is modern and chic, salon girls always very friendly and know how to wash your hair, often sends me to sleep it's so relaxing! Always try their best to fit me in with an appointment even if the diary is busy. Listen to your needs and are good at suggesting and understanding your hair.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have curly hair and I do not recommend this hair salon for anyone with curls. My intuition of this place was hopeful and excited having some interest that they would not damage my hair or cut it in a way to make it pop out but I was wrong. My daughter got her hair cut and also having curly hair and her hair needed to have the volume taken out. She reassured me (the hair stylist) that her hair would be fine at the end, however she left it uneven, choppy and even more difficult to manage for my daughter as the front bits of her hair was even too short to tie up. This will of course stress out my daughter and her self-esteem as she did have hope too but looks like we were both wrong with having hope. Now for me, I have short hair and I'm trying to grow it out. I ask for a tidy up at the back but when I get home the back is completely uneven, too short and instead seems like a full cut as now my hair is even too short to manage. I don't have a problem with paying money for a haircut but this is honestly taking the piss. Why is it that I'm paying money for a bad haircut and now I have to wait for me let alone my daughter to let it grow.Mind you it takes a while to grow. At the end of the day I do not recommend this hairdresser.

I love this salon, I've been coming here since I've moved to Beckenham.Everyone is so friendly and during covid they went to great lengths to ensure everyone was safe and comfortable. (still are)I see Pheobe and she's is the best, she always does my hair so lovely and I leave the salon feeling so happyBest salon in Beckenham!Thank you!

Booked after reading positive reviews online. The stylist cutting my hair was continually speaking very loudly and unfavourably about the state of another clients hair. I felt uncomfortable so can't imagine how the person being spoken about must've felt. Not what you want when you go for a pamper. Haircut was terrible too.

Made an appointment after reading all the great reviews. Asked for the most senior stylist, given an appointment at 9.30 on a Saturday! Got there and was very excited…… explained how my hair is very tick, how I had not so great experience with my hair being cut like a mushroom, how it needs a different way of cutting so you can’t see the scissors trail after. Perfect ! Of course I know what you mean was the response.I left with a hair cut that was not great, thought I should wash it and style it as it maybe different.Found few strands that had to cut myself! Very poor haircut, looks like a 5 years old took the scissors for the first time to cut her doll’s hair!!! I am so disappointed! Have to wait for a few months with this mushroom cut before I can try my luck! What a waste of money and Saturday morning this was. I
