Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Oxford

This is the 2nd time we have used Enterprise and have found it again to be excellent service with reliable vans and considering how everything is so expensive now, the cost of renting the van was very fair.The staff you have working at the office are great. I had a great experience here, I strongly suggest Enterprise over the other car rental location in Oxford, especially for someone visiting. They had a same day reservation and were extremely friendly and professional. I would rent from them again without questions. Great attitude from all of the staff that I worked with

I had an absolutely great customer experience in Enterprise Botley Branch. I have rented a van and two different cars time to time and the customer service was amazing in every single time. It was incredibly friendly and helpful. Huge thanks for everyone who was supporting us especially for the VAN rental.

Good service, van was clean and ran well, only slight headache is the Oxford traffic getting in and out to collect and drop off (but obviously not Enterprises fault!)

We had a great service experience with this location. I rented a car on a Sunday. I was there at 11am when they opened and it took about 15 to 20 minutes to get a car. I was about 10 minutes down the road when the tire pressure light came on. By the time I picked up my family the rear tire was flat. We had no spare but was close to one of the colleges. I pumped the tire with a bike pump and got it back to enterprise. They gave me no hassle, the swapped the car out for another one. In about 20 to 30 minutes we were back on the road to our destination for the day. Highly recommend this location.

The Botley brach is the worst one in Oxford. No customer service at all. Even the manger is terrible. They made me come all the way to the branch then refused to switch a car for me when the had 20 cars parked.

Great people and good cars, but they just make small annoying mistakes. Never got a lift as they market (driver is never available). Expect to wait 2 weeks to get your receipt by e-mail after you call them every other day requesting it. Speaking about it, only picks up the phone 1/4 of the times and it is the only communication channel available. Go to the Didcot branch...6-Star service over there.

I rented a transit van from Enterprise® Rent A Car (Oxford) and received an excellent customer service. The van was very nice and clean, easy to drive, and had a lot of features such as Sat Nav, Bluetooth, reversing camera, sensors, etc. I am particularly grateful to both Sean and Sam, who were incredibly helpful. They both went ABOVE AND BEYOND and treated me as a VALUED CUSTOMER, which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them!

Enterprise is Botley is by far one of, if not the best experiences I’ve had in renting a car. Matthew and the team are really friendly & welcoming.The process is smooth and efficient, clean and tidy cars/vans that actually are looked after!This is customer service at its finest, if ever I need to rent again I won’t look any further and will recommend Enterprise and this branch in particular in the future.
