Excellent service today. Booked for myself and my granddaughter to both have our noses pierced. My granddaughter got really nervous and couldn't go through with it at first. Rhi was kind and patient with her. She did mine and then re-booked my granddaughter for an hour later so we got something to eat, she then felt able to have it done. Rhi was so lovely. My granddaughter was so pleased.Highly recommend her.

I just tried to book in for a piercing that I wanted. I was put on hold for a long time; when someone finally answered the phone I asked if there were any later time on Friday as I wouldn’t be able to make the ones the lady said and then I got hung up on.. not happy with this service

The staff are friendly & welcoming, shop always clean and very high standards on cleanliness and hygiene!! All piercings are buy one get one free - have never been anywhere else and nor will I!! Highly recommend

Asked if they did walk ins and was told it would only be 10 min wait, filled my form out and by that time it was my turn, I didn’t get the ladies name but she was very friendly, reassuring and made me feel extremely comfortable, will definitely be back if I’m in the area again!

Very kind and gentle when doing the piercing(s), give you the option of a colour for your piercing before it happens. They clean it afterwards and their service is efficient, would go back without hesitation

Visited recently for two piercings. It was the first time I'd ever had any, so I didn't know what to expect!I made an appointment via email, which was straightforward and paid a small upfront deposit.I was seen quickly on arrival. The place was clean and tidy, and everything was explained in stages to me by Ruby, who took good care of me during the piercing processes.I have no hesitation in recommending to any newbies.

Had two helix piercings done. Was done as painless and quickly as possible. Amelia (hopefully spelt and gotten right) was super nice and got the job done perfectly. Shop has an awesome vibe to it. Highly recommended.

My daughter attended an appointment to have her navel pierced. The service was exceptional, friendly staff members who are very knowledgable. The cleanliness of the facility and also approach to piercing was impressive and I can’t fault the entire end to end experience. Everything was clearly explained and I received three personal recommendations before attending from other happy customers.
