When ever I order a drink here it's either too hot to drink or too little in the cup. Food wise, the best McDonald's in Plymouth. You can add bacon here without getting a little scraggly bit too. EDIT: I went in again and the breakfast I got was the most greasy thing I've ever had that early in the morning. Starting to deter my custom.

Fantastic service from this McDonald's. Management where super helpful. Bouncer on the door at late times. Hot food. Quick service. Toilets. Power for charging devices when open to daytime. Great place to work. I travel so this is essential. Less than £2 for a great coffee. £2 meals for budgeting and business. Perfect for a snack and charge up before driving to work or home. I use daily as a meeting for employees to save cash on expenses.

The place was very busy as the summer holidays had just started. The order was quick and easy. But I wasn’t able to get a table number as the ordering terminal skipped this task. The food was good.

A pretty standard Maccies, nothing of note, although they were playing some nice classical music when I was there!

Don't go to George Street in Plymouth it's busy and 'orribl. We've been to 3 different McDonald's places this week each time we ordered the same stuff. George Street, Plymouth was the worstPlymstock was better and Plympton was the best.

I went to McDonalds in the Plymouth city center the other day with the family, and I have to say, it was a very disappointing experience. The location is good, I'll give them that. It's right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby. The building is also quite impressive, with multiple floors and clean tables. But that's where the good ends. The first problem is that there is not enough seating. You have to fight your way through a horde of hungry people, some of whom look like they've been there for hours, just to find a place to sit. And when you do, you have to share it with strangers, who may or may not have a contagious disease from the 1920s.The second problem is that you have to wait for ages to get your food. You order at a touch screen, which is supposed to be fast and convenient, but it's not. It's slow and confusing. You have to scroll through endless menus and options, some of which are unavailable or out of stock. And then you have to pay with your card, which may or may not work. And then you have to wait for your number to be called, or for a member of staff to wade out into the chaos carrying your for where you exspect them to be accompanyed by a riot team to get them through the crowd safely and in tact, which may or may not happen. You stand there like a lemon, watching other people get their food before you, even though they ordered after you. You wonder if they forgot about you, or if they're deliberately ignoring you.And then, when you finally get your food, you realize that parts of your order are missing. You ordered a Big Mac meal, but you only got a Big Mac with fries and the wrong drink. You go back to the counter to complain, but they tell you that they will sort your drink and the errors with your kids meals, and that you'll have to wait. You ask them how long it will take, and they say they don't know. And then you look at your Big Mac, and you wish you hadn't. It looks like someone sat on it. The bun is squashed, the lettuce is wilted, the cheese is just wrong, and the sauce is dripping everywhere. And then you see something that makes you lose your appetite completely. A staff member wiping their face or their nose with their hand, and then making food with no gloves on. You wonder what else they've been touching with their filthy hands. You decide to leave without eating your Big Mac. You've wasted enough time and money on this place. You walk out of the building, feeling angry and hungry.

Very poor service from staff. Order sausage Mac mafin instead of cheese and eggs Mac maffin and asked if it can be changed. Instead they just removed the sausage and gave the rest back. Lucky the didn't changed the wrapping paper. Didn't ask again and went straight in bin. Staff need training for customer expectations

his McDonald's branch was quite busy, and I couldn't help but notice the crowd of delivery riders waiting just by the entrance, making it a bit challenging to navigate through. The menu and food quality were standard, similar to what you'd expect from any other McDonald's. However, despite the seemingly adequate number of staff members, I felt that the service was a bit slower compared to other branches I've been to. It was a decent experience overall, but nothing extraordinary. If you're looking for a quick meal, it serves its purpose, but don't expect anything exceptional.
