We had huge issues with our heating, a job that was half finished and lots of problems uncovered after buying the property. We had another plumber come who couldn't find the issue and didn't finish the job, and then let us down when we got back in touch. MOS not only came out quickly, but returned the next working day, looked over the system, found the issue quickly, fixed both the main issue and other issues that were previously left outstanding, tested it all and left everything tidy. Very happy with the service and would recommend highly.

Mos has surpassed all expectations on a variety of jobs for us, going above and beyond both in terms of workmanship and also work ethic and attitude. We had need for an outside tap but the connectors didn't marry up even with adapters and Mos found a solution, it was also past normal working hours but Mos stayed until well past 8pm until the job was done. He even fitted my hose reel to the outside wall and didn't even charge me. We later asked Mos to fit new radiators and repair a leak in the boiler which was done quickly, efficiently and at a price that is affordable. The best bit about Mos is a great can do attitude and polite and friendly approach to fixing problems. Thanks Mos.
