Absolutely amazing! The fondue was out of this world! We have brownies and cookie cups to take away (can’t wait to try them) Will be back again soon.The staff were so lovely and helpful!

First time visitor. Attended with family in the late evening. All the desserts were beautifully presented. Children loved their waffles and donuts". The Sundae was super filling. All halal. Will come again"

I really don’t know where to start. Please avoid this place and save your money! I came from Edinburgh and the food was terrible.The new Ferraro cookie cups and bueno cookie cup were rock hard in the middle! We couldn’t even eat it.The waffle and crepes were thankfully nice as the children were eating it.The place looked filthy, the floors and tables. There was even toilet roll under the table. None of the staff would pick it up.The staff working were very young and inexperienced. I felt sorry for these girls, you could tell they needed some person with authority there. As soon as you walk in it’s like a ghost town and now I know why. We were waiting around for a length of time to be seated, the atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming or any warmth.I’m very disappointed with the full experience. I expected at least a decent experience with the Apprentice star.Harpreet seriously, need to focus on the Bradford branch. It’s the worst dessert place I have ever been too. I’m still gutted as I was looking forward to it.

I would rename this place to ‘Oh So Quiet’. Arrived at 9.30pm and not a soul in sight on a Friday evening. Place was completely deserted (pun not intended). There was pin-drop silence and I felt like I was in a scary movie. Later the staff turned on some background music.All the usual items are available. Ordered the Strawberries and Nutella Waffle. It was average but you have to pay extra for scoop of ice cream which is a bit cheeky. The mint ice cream tasted dry. Has to ask for a replacement.Not sure what the USP of this place is. Simply having Alan Sugar as an investor, you cannot expect that is sufficient enough to offer a mediocre desserts. There is no wow factor here.On street parking available.

Great selection of desserts for a sweeth tooth lover. Service provided by Madz who was exceptional in providing a selection of desserts with top favourites. I had selected the Grab & Go Deal of 3 Brownies (Kinder Bueno, Cookie Dough, Raspberry & White Chocolate). Portions size are huge and very filling & Tasty. Would highly recommend. As this is the place from Apprentice by Harpz!

Great service by Amina and served cookie dough to my requirements. Great to visit after thinking about visiting for a while. Worth the wait for sure. Great music and atmosphere in the branch. Will visit again.
