Ceiling came down after boiler installed over a month ago, have emailed three times no response. Today found water under my front door ruined carpet, lifted it to see a hole from when they earthed my property for rewire. I paid promptly for both jobs. Very disappointed and upset at current situation.

Had Home Assist out twice for the same repair, original estimate" £350 to repair boiler then having to pay a further "estimate" of £295 for more parts and labour after it broke down the day after repair. What an absolute joke

Problem; Leaky radiator :-Excellent service , he explained what the problem was , and went out of his way to source new parts . The bill was less than I expected
