We have been going to Rivendell very regularly for many years, and they have a 10% off card for £10 per year it pays for itself after a couple of visits. The staff are super friendly and the food is excellent.We have had deliveries of plants over the years. The van drivers are very helpful.

Took my 80+ parents here today for a breakfast treat out. Dad was given a cold meal which had obviously been left sitting before being brought, after a wait, to the table. It was about 9.50am and the place was quiet, so I have no idea why we waited so. The breakfast was quite poor in comparison to the one he had last week at Bold GC, more expensive and then cold on arrival to the table so I know where I will take them next time. Very disappointing. Even more disappointing, that I have not heard back after leaving my name and email for management to reply after my in store complaint.I suggest Bold Garden Centre as a much better alternative for food instead.

Amazing amount of merchandise. Staff very friendly and helpful despite being understaffed. Food delicious with plenty of choice. Cakes looked delicious. Easily spend a few hours here.

An above average garden centre offers lots more with clothing and cooking merchandise. The great variety of plants are a decent quality at a reasonable price. It worth buying their loyalty card, which gives 10 per cent off for £12

The garden centre has a lot of nice things but the café isn't as good as it used to be. Service is slow, hot drinks are more warm than hot and food selection is limited and quite expensive for the portion size.Got some nice Christmas decs though!

Good selection of plants. However, not taken care of too well. Lots of gnats flying around. Dying plants aren't cared for, they're just given a 70% off sticker on the leaves.

A really nice garden centre catering to almost all you will need from a garden centre. The staff are super friendly and helpful and it is a pleasant place to shop.
