It was amazing and the room was really good and we managed to get out, staff really friendly and helped us with what we need

Great fun. Very difficult (Sharlock Room) but will come again to solve it for real !

Really good day here.. skylar was a great host. Nothing was too much trouble and he really gets in to the role to enhance the experienceWe did the magic experience today and previously done the csi ... booking the Sherlock Holmes nextHighly recommend

AVOID !!!! we booked as a group of 4 for the csi room first time experience in a escape room, tbh the lovely young man was very professional but stated that he was the only staff on and if we were stuck in a room it might take him a while to get to us as he may need to deal with other customers and may need a toilet break as he’s been on his own since early morning ! We were 2/3rds through our experience and the fire alarm went off. We got escorted out the building to wait outside for 10 minutes to be told we couldn’t complete our experience and I got told I couldn’t have a refund but I could re book for the same room only ? I Asked if we could do another room and got told no ! What a waste of money !!!

Not that impressed. £60 for 3 people seems excessive considering the lack of detail that has been put into the graphics in the rooms. Staff friendly and welcoming however the puzzles did not follow the story of the room at all and therefore made it too tricky to guess what we had to do. The torches ran out of battery while we were in the rooms making it hard to see. And when asking for a hint, the game master comes in to the room, making the appearance of an 'escape' room lack. There are much much better escape rooms out there and unfortunately this one will not be one that I'm returning to.

It was ab amazing day we had an fun time trying to escape I definitely recommend coming here for an amazing time with the family

Fun themed experience. Challenging and very creative puzzles. Had a bit of a hiccup with something not working but staff were lovely and solved it quickly and didn't impact our time or hint. Really lovely friendly staff.Please heat the place in winter! Very cold.
