Helen is incredibly warm and professional. She put me at my ease very quickly. The treatment she gave me for my frozen shoulder was really quite incredible! I've seen a few other practitioners in various modalities, like chiropractic and Bowen, but experienced nothing else which has given such instant relief. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I highly recommend Helen, I felt so much better after my massage with her, the room is lovely, warm and so you feel incredibly relaxed and Helen, talks through the work she is carrying out and the science behind it, which I found really interesting, my only complaint is the hour went to quickly :)

I first went to Helen a few months ago with painful sciatica down my right leg which left me with sleepless nights. Helen was able to see immediately that my hips were not aligned and started myofascial release treatment. After the first treatment I was sleeping with the sciatica pain gone. I have continued to have regular treatment to maintain but have stretched the time between treatments. Helen works with her clients in partnership to resolve issues. I trust her implicitly and will be forever grateful for the treatment that enabled me to sleep again.

Helen knows her stuff and is a talented diagnostician and skilled practitioner. She has studied myofascial release (MFR) in the states. Her functional anatomical knowledge is second to none. Her sessions are relaxing and effective. Two days later my back pain was gone, after over ten days of prior pain with no signs of letting up. The Helen worked her magic and I feel strong and mobile once more.
