Litecraft

I purchased from Litecraft Glasgow last month and again today. I am delighted with the products and value but most of all impressed with the customer care and attention from Ross and the other staff who were working today. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get us what we needed and we will be back!

Unfortunate experience as purchased a light set that did not arrive. After 2 weeks of little contact only part of the items had arrived.Received full refund on my purchase but not the greatest service.

The staff were very helpful especially the lady that assisted me.Unfortunately I never got her name but she was excellent.Great range of lighting at what I would say was a good price.Nice showroom too

We were delighted with the friendly professional service we received by Chris at Litecraft.We are opening a hair salon and we weren't to sure what style of light to get as we had a big open space to light up.Thanks to Chris knowledge and advice we got a gorgeous light fitting that has now been positioned at the front window, its a great feature and has attracted a lot of attention.Many ThanksAlison and Colin Downie

Ordered and paid for a light that never arrived, called the store trying to resolve the issue but they were no help whatsoever and weren’t willing to issue a refund, I had to go down the long route, and contacted my bank to recall the money, a lot of unwanted stress and time wasted, Light craft doesn’t have anything in store they just take payment and nothing arrives

Fantastic service from Christopher. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when advising us about our choices. A very relaxed shopping experience which means we would happily return in the future.

Mediocre experience at best, good range of lights but follow up on delivery was very poor as it turned out that they couldn't guarantee 24 hour delivery (or even a delivery timeframe!) despite instore ads for this.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I bought several items including two exterior lanterns, the sales assistant advised the best bulbs for this appliance were two smart lamps at a cost of £28. Due to COVID restrictions I’ve only just had the electrical work completed, after fitting the lanterns & bulbs the electrician informed me that these bulbs were the incorrect ones for this fitting & were not fit for purpose. I tried to return the bulbs today, but the staff were most unpleasant & unhelpful, refusing to accept the return as the packaging had been opened, I wonder how they expect you to ascertain whether a bulb fits or not ? They also went on at length about me purchasing the items more than 5 months ago, actually it was less than 4 months, 12th November 2021 !

Excellent service again from Litecraft Glasgow. Huge thanks to Anna and Michael for chasing up our order. Great personal service. Would not think of going anywhere else for our lighting needs. From Jacqui Milligan.

So many lights to choose from and so difficult to choose. Very helpful knowledgeable staff. 2 of my purchases were not in stock but are being delivered free of charge to my house next week. Great service. I will definitely return.
