Kwik Fit - London - Wembley

Had tyres sorted here. Really good, fun, friendly staff. The manager, Vanessa, really up front and personable. Team had us on the road in a couple of hours even though we rocked up without a booking.

Had two punctured tyres so I called them to ask if they have it in stock which they confirmed and also told me that they can do the job on the same day.They got me back on the road within 45 minutes.Nice people at reception and easy to speak to. Would happily come again.

Had appoitment for wheel alignment for 4pm, got there by 3.15 just to be told that will take another 2 hours to take it in! Totally joke, don’t use, its like they paying you for this. I been told that the head office don t know what they doing by taking the appointments online because works taking longer. Whats the point of doing an appointment then ? Not even sure if this people will still do it by the end of the day, they try sending me somewhere else and they workers where on the phone instead of working on the cars, only one car in and another for some wheels to be fitted! Just avoid this place. Ridiculous

Booked in with the centre as my tyre pressure light was on. Yusuf was very helpful and professional and guided me through the whole process. He quickly identified the issue and had it fixed asap as I was due to travel to Manchester that day. I would definitely recommend this centre to my family and friends and endeavour to use this centre again for any services.

Vanessa was incredibly patient and professional at Kwik Fit Wembley. My company car took forever to approve a change of tyres and she went above and beyond to sort it ASAP. Highly recommended; ask for Vanessa. 5 star service!

I went to asda shopping and came out to a flat tyre. I went to Kwik fit and saw a man named Yusuf. He went out of his way to see my issue and resolve it within an hour. I can not thank Yusuf and his staff enough. Will definitely be going back! Recommend to all family and friends!

I go there and say. I have an appointment and they say it doesn't exist. Today I get asked to make. Review of how the service is.Not what I expected from a big companyNot trying to be offensive here.But a smile and curious behaviour goes a long wayHow hard can it be to be happy about doing a job you are getting paid for ?

My trye pressure light came on while driving so I took the car to my local Kwik fit in Wembley to check which tyre was punctured.I was greeted by a staff member who I think was called Yusef. I explained the situation and he took the car into the workshop immediately and his team checked all of the tyres and pressures.To my delight Yusef came back to me in reception and informed me that all of the tyres were all good and there was no puncture. They adjusted all of the tyre pressures including the spare wheel and reset the tyre pressure system.I have to say it was a very pleasant experience and they didn't even charge me.A brilliant fantastic team.Very highly recommended. I have already recommended them to some family members and will further recommend them to friends.Such a fantastic service. Thank you and a merry Christmas to all of the team at Wembley.

I came in for a puncture fix. The main guy at the reception was very condescending and never had the patience to explain anything. He just forced me into making a decision to change my tire and charged me 142 pounds for this. When I asked him why he couldn't fix the puncture, he didn't have a proper answer and never bothered explaining. I had to leave urgently and needed my car so I decided to move ahead and got the tyre changed.Post this, he said I'd receive the invoice in my email which I never did. I had to follow up the next day for him to send it to me. Not the best of experiences.

Been there for a first time as an engine warning light came on my audi a6Extremely polite and smiling guys in reception , engineer Wakar did run a diagnostic and fixed the problem in no time , giving me also precious advise on other habits .Hugely impressed and satisfied .Will definitely be a returning customer .Would give 6 stars if availableWell done
