Leonard was on time and courteous when quoting for the job. As the job had to be done in the weekend and in dry weather it took a lot of flexibility to find the right start date; wonderful customer service!Upon completion on the Sunday we realised that the job was completed as agreed but the finish was not as fine as we wanted; after calling Jack on the Monday they returned on the Tuesday to give us our finish!

Can't recommend this family run business enough. All staff polite and respectful of not only my property but my neighbours. Chose this company to come and surface the outside of our Scout Hall, did a great job. Found them to be efficient, professional and gave us a great price which as a charity is important to us. Finished job was tidy and they even threw in a few extras free to finish the driveway perfectly. Would highly recommend them and have actually gave their details to another Scout Group wishing to do the same work.

Leonard dropped kerbs in front of my property to allow vehicle access. Very professional customer approach from start to finish. Job done very neatly and with respect to my property and my neighbours as well as completed within excellent timely manners. I 100% recommend this company and will happily use their services again.

The initial responsiveness of J&L and the service provided by the office and on-site teams was second to none. Driveway cleared and laid to a very high standard. Similar to a couple of other comments in the reviews, I thought their friends had posted the 5 star reviews but I can confirm they are as good as all the reviews below mine. Would not hesitate to recommend or use J&L again.

Leonard was very responsive with all communications and gave plenty of advice when working out the initial quote for the work to make sure we got the best results. He carried out the work within a week of the quote being agreed and was professional at all times. Great quality finish!

Leonard phoned me back within 5mins of posting my request. He came out the same night and gave me an estimate. 5days later the front of my house is beautifully tarmaced. I thought the other reviews were so good they may be his friends writing it. But now that hes done such a stellar job I realise they are well earned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. id give him 6 stars if I could.

Highly recommended if your driveway needs a new face-lift.I mailed the company for a quote. Leonard came out within a couple days after arranging a time. Measured up my drive and went through the process with me. Along with a couple different tarmac finish options. I was looking to get the drive done within the next 8 weeks.When I was ready to have the work done. I called him up. Was able to fit me into their schedule the following week.His team came and excavated the drive to a good depth. Put in 2 full lorry loads of type 1. For a good solid foundation, along with installing flat edge kerbing and channel drains. Ready for the tarmac the next day. Guys came promptly the next day with a full lorry load of tarmac. Putting in a good depth of tarmac.Driveway is now looking fantastic now and built to last!Very happy with the job they've done.
