People were nice I enjoyed meeting them. I've not plugged my PC in yet but if I have problems I would feel comfortable returning it. The front end of the business could do with work to help manage expectation of timeliness but messages are answered quickly via email. The feller explained well what he did and I was happy to pay the asking price for the work.

My faithful HP computer started showing signs of ageing, however I had sufficient knowledge to know that a few things can still be done to have it up and working again. I looked around on the internet for computer specialists near me, and 'Techfix' popped up as one of a number of search results. It directed me towards Techfix in Crowthorne, where I was helped by Ashley. First of all, Techfix's site appeared professional with a few easy questions as to put the computer engineer on the right track for dealing with my unique problem encountered. Ashley patiently answered my questions (I had a few... ;) ) and we agreed a date when to bring in to his office the computer. The same day Ashley conducted diagnostics and provided me sufficient information to make a decision, and I brought the computer in for repairs. For a very reasonable price Ashley had my computer back up and working (better than before - feels like a new machine!) and he provided some good knowledgeable advice for the road ahead. What was also good about the initial online experience, was a photo of Ashley and so I could see the person who would be working on my computer! Once again, thank you Ashley (and Techfix), I will definitely visit again for future repair work, advice, etc. What I can say, Ashley is friendly, professional and a subject expert! Visiting Ashley/Techfix was surely worth the effort, and he saved the day! I can recommend his services without any doubt in my mind. Thank you

Very reliable and friendly service getting help with some issues on my SD card, went above and beyond in helping me with data recovery, and even provided some very helpful advice with regards to how these things work and the various options available for data storage, with a very honest take, as opposed to some places that just try to upsell. Initially called and was given some very practical suggestions on how to solve the issue myself, when that didn't work I came in to the shop. Quick responses and kept me updated throughout the process of my SD card being under service. Provided helpful advice even after I had paid. A gem of a place. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I re assembled my son's pc and somehow kept having no signal. Tried troubleshooting and could not make it work. Ahsley pick it up and fixed it. Explained to me what is the issue. I missed one important cable to power the cpu and minor correction. Commended for honesty.

I brought my failing computer to Ashley and he had it back up and running the next day. He even managed to rescue and clone a failed drive, keeping an imbedded feature that came with my machine intact. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommended local business.
