Thames RIB Experience - Tower Pier

Brilliant trip. The 70min trip to the Thames flood barrier was amazing. Great balance of high speed and slower pace to take in unique view of the sights. Hosts were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

We came 2 minutes late and tried going on the boat but the man there said that we can't go on and was ignoring us.Instead he let the white people on and there was extra space and he still ignored us. There was also no refund. The place was empty as in the photo so there were no people after us. Racist man with a square face never let us on.furthermore, we had a 68 year old woman with us who couldn't walk properly but rushed with us to come and we still weren't allowed or to get a refund there was also a train delay.

Guys don’t book any ride with this scammers . Because of Tower Hill station closed we were few minutes late . They refused to board us .Please share this review with your communities as I don’t want any one to loose their hard earned money to this scammers. We even called them before coming in saying we were walking and was literally few minutes late but they had no time to listen to us. Falsely claiming that they had back to back boat rides due to it being busy. However there was no one after us and just few ppl before us. They were very mean to our kids as well. Horrible experience

Loved every min of it, can’t wait to go back.I didn’t book online, I phoned them up. The lady on the was great, so easy to book and very helpful.Easy to find, staff at the venue very friendly and lovely.The experience on the boat was amazing, loving the music as we were speeding down The Thames. Felt really safe in the boat.This is something you all have to experience at some point.

They didn't let us board in even though they informed us they'll hold 5 minutes because the train station closed down. Was not busy at all and haven't allowed us to sit in the next boat which had 4 empty seats. Ignoring us and speaking to others, I suspect racism. They haven't even refunded our £300 group ticket.

Had a great time! Bill was a superb guide, fun and interesting.

We was 2 minutes late and they knew this however they said we was ‘delaying other customers’ when no one was even here! The last group that went had 4 seats available but they didn’t even wanna stop and talk they weren’t willing to speak with us at all. I felt a sort of discrimination happening as they were only speaking to white folks and not us. The man was shouting at our faces saying ‘can’t there’s no way’. Not even giving a refund. Customer service through the phone was awful saying it’s a quick back and fourth but there was no one else here to get delayed.

This was brilliant. Great views of London from the water. Excellent commentary from crew who were lovely. And the speedboat from Tower Bridge thru to Canary Wharf was exhilarating. James Bond music playing.. Nice touch. Great fun.

Best of the high speed boat experiences BY FAR.Conveniently close to Charing Cross and Embankment, a nice park to chill in before your ride is opposite with an awesome ice cream cafe.The team are amazing, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and Barry the guide has a dizzying and unending collection of truly awful Dad jokes for every aspect of the tours.When the engines kick in the rush is pretty astounding and they really throw the boat about for maximum effect, it really is a great blast along the Thames.If you're looking for a fun adrenaline thrash along the river this is the one to choose.
