Mixamate Concrete & Screed

Great service and attitude. Scouse is fantastic!! He always gets the mix right, cleans up as he goes and even gets on the barrows when required. Highly recommend Mixamate and Scouse!!!

5m3 of C25 concrete delivered and pumped over 50m by Andy in some pretty hot weather. Professional guy, professional company, and the booking team make it so easy to organise as well.Highly recommend.

Excellent service today from Mixamate. Pouring footings for an extension with difficult access. Nothing phased Sam and the concrete was pumped in quickly with no issues. Some drivers can be unhelpful which often makes this critical part of the build feel like a chore so makes a nice change to come across a good helpful operator.

Brilliant service and a great help. Sam arrived on time and talked us through the delivery process for the DIY project - laying a base for summer house and hot tub. He was very helpful, very quick and quite calm, even when we were busy shouting at one another! I highly recommend using this company.

Very easy to use. Andy was very friendly, very helpful, very polite... A pleasure to work with. I only needed less than 2sqm in the end, and even though there was a minimum order fee, they refunded the difference without me having to ask. Very professional. I'd use them again definitely. Even the lady at the end of the phone was friendly, polite and helpful. I can't imagine using anyone else.

I wasn't looking forward to manually concreting a 50m2 patio base then just happened to find Mixamate self-levelling concrete. This is as it's described, it's not a screed but a concrete mix that really does self level with minimal coaxing with a 'T'-shaped wooden bar.Sam's control of the flow rate made the pour simple to manage and his estimation of the final volume in the pipes made for no wastage at all. Plenty of guidance from Sam and Aaron (the 'cubey' guy) ensured the mix was perfect and completed within a couple of hours. It's cured now and ready for tiling with large format porcelain tiles. It's the perfect product for a patio base and can't rate Sam and Aaron highly enough.
