I am feeling so much better after the treatment and I would love to come back to have another treatment. My lower back pain is gone immediately after the treatment and I am so happy and grateful about that since it bothered me a lot!

I regularly visit Gary at Massage Solutions for maintenance massage. Recently I tried the new vibration therapy available & included within a treatment session. The feeling was a bit weird to start off with but you quickly get used to it & the benefits are amazing! It completely adds to the quality & results I get from my regular sessions. Not many people are offering this extra service so with the good quality deep tissue massage, good customer service and very professional approach I would highly recommend Massage Solutions to anyone looking for positive outcomes from this kind of therapy!

I have been to Gary a few times now for a sports massage and he is fantastic. I first went before the Great North Run which really helped prepare me for the race and then after which helped ease my muscles. I would greatly recommend his service.

Seen Gary twice now for a sports massage.I was having a lot of shoulder and back pain before the treatment. First class sports massage , feeling much better after 2 sessions and pain almost gone. Will continue to use.

Cannot recommend Gary enough! He is very professional, very knowledgeable and a great guy.I’ve had two treatments now to help free up my shoulder and neck and although the treatment can be tough it’s worth putting up with the pain and discomfort.Gary is a miracle worker, my shoulder and neck are now fully mobile and pain free!I will definitely continue to have monthly treatments to keep myself moving and without pain!

I recently visited Gary at Massage Solutions with an on going pain in my shoulder joint. Gary quickly worked out where the problem was coming from and took to work on the area. Over 3 half an hour sessions he managed to initially relieve the pain and relax my shoulder in order to help me sleep and move my shoulder better. He explained that he can help the injury recover and provided me with stretching advice and simple exercises between sessions to help the recovery. After the final session and within 7 days I pretty much back to 100% and will continue to take Gary's advice to complete my recovery. GOOD ADVICE, GOOD TREATMENT & GOOD VALUE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Been using Gary at massage solutions for a few years now, absolutely fantastic service, such a friendly guy who knows what he’s doing and can really get deep into your muscles to get rid of tension and knots!Knows a lot about physical therapy and can do a variety of massages to prepare you before a big sporting event or to help you recover quickly after one, would definitely recommend for any kind of sports massage!

Gary comes highly recommended. He is very professional I have been receiving treatments for a while now from general deep tissue massage to pre run massages keeping me in top form for half marathons and general fitness.
